Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

Das Chalet Panorama Peak ist ein 2025 erbautes Holzhaus mit 85qm Wohnfläche und garantiert ein gesundes Raumklima. Dich empfängt ein großzügiger Wohn- Essbereich mit Gäste-WC und im Obergeschoss 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad mit großem Duschbereich. Die offene Gestaltung und die Liebe zum Detail sorgen für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt. Ideal für Familien oder Paare, die eine Auszeit im Harz genießen möchten. From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Two bedrooms, a shower room, a toilet, a large living-dining area with a spacious and fully equipped kitchen as well as a large entrance area with an attached washing machine room offer everything for a relaxing time in the Upper Harz. A small balcony and a large terrace on the slope also offer enough space for recreation and relaxation outside.

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

The Zum Jakobi 4 is right in the heart of Goslar's old town. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen including stove and induction cooktop and dishwasher. In the living area there is a smart TV and a dining area and free Wi-Fi. The pedestrian zone with shopping and several attractions are a few minutes' walk away. A parking permit for free parking in the side streets is available.
