Our guests can experience traditional Mallorcan life, while also enjoying modern comforts. The house is in a quiet street very close to the harbour, and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. Live without haste, enjoy healthy food, sail to virgin beaches, and take a walk at night among the many small shops of the port.

The villa was built in 1960 and totally renovated in 2017. We kept the style of the sixties and Mediterranean outdoors. The house is equipped with all modern amenities. It has a stunning sea view. It has the sea just downstairs where you can swim and is 150 meters from the beach. It's on a pedestrian street. The Balear government requires a tourist tax of 2€50 per day per person, collected in cash by the owner.

Our charming countryside house has recently refurbished, equipped with all the luxury amenities and tastefully decorated. The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.
