Holiday rentals with beach access in Sant Joan d'Alacant

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Bushaltestelle war direkt vor dem Gebäude, so waren wir mobil und schnell im pulsierenden Leben von Alicante. Tolle Gastgeber! Vielen Dank! 🙏

Lovely stay. Peaceful in May though suspect might be noisier in the full height of summer. Excellent accommodation. Really well appointed. Roof terrace fantastic. Tram and bus service very handy but also a car would be useful if you want to travel about. Approx 45 minutes walk to marina at El Campello. However turn right and there are smaller restaurants and shops within 20 minutes. Handy supermarket within 5 minutes. Lidl takes an hour to walk there and back (possibly including the shop) at least. Hana was an excellent host, friendly and helpful. Already thinking about next year!!

Appartamento comodo di fronte alla spiaggia con una vista clamorosa, molto spazioso e con un terrazzo incedibile. Gli unici difetti sono le poche prese nelle camere, ma che trovi comunque in sala e cucina, e la mancanza di uno stendino e delle mollette per poter appendere i vestiti lavati (forse non li abbiamo trovati noi), ma nel complesso ottimo appartamento e super disponibile l’host per check in e check out! Consiglio vivamente!

Laura's place is from the moment you step into it an amazing nook with fantastic energy. Everything you might need is there. Located in a center of Alicante, it gave the feel of a constant buzz and center of happenings. Absolute 10/10.

Der Aufenthalt bei Rita und Álvaro war einfach fantastisch – mit Abstand unsere beste Airbnb-Erfahrung bisher! Vom ersten Kontakt an bis zum Check-out war alles absolut unkompliziert, herzlich und professionell. Die Kommunikation war schnell und freundlich, und besonders dankbar sind wir für die Flexibilität beim Check-in und Check-out – das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich. Rita und Álvaro sind unglaublich hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein absoluter Traum: modern, stilvoll eingerichtet, dabei gleichzeitig gemütlich und durchdacht bis ins kleinste Detail. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Besonders hervorzuheben sind die makellose Sauberkeit, die angenehme Klimaanlage (die gerade bei den warmen Temperaturen Gold wert ist) und die liebevolle Ausstattung. Auch die Lage ist perfekt – alles ist gut erreichbar, sei es mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder zu Fuß. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 😊

Un piso muy comodo y con una ubicacion perfecta con vistas al mar. Asi como se ve en las fotos. Muy buena comunicacion con anfitrion. Recomiendo !!!

Eine super schöne Unterkunft! Für 3-4 Personen perfekt ! Eine wundervoll schöne Aussicht. Zu Fuß erreicht man einige Restaurants und Shopping Geschäfte. Nur 25 Minuten ( 11km) nach alicante für einen Ausflug. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super freundlich und entgegenkommend. Der Check in war etwas anders als gewöhnlich, jedoch bekommt man auch hier super Anweisungen mit Videos. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur Jedem empfehlen und wir würden immer wieder hier her kommen! 😍

Highly recommend this apartment and was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever. Host was proactive and helpful and the apartment has everything you need including kitchen supplies for cooking and things for the beach (chairs, towels, etc.). Close to the beach as well as a supermarket and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would stay again.

Det här var en fantastisk plats, över förväntan. Takterrassen på kvällarna, goda maten i kvarteret, goda viner. Tystnaden, och nära till stranden gjorde sitt. Kan absolut rekommendera boendet.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

Un grand merci ! Nos vacances n’auraient pas pu être mieux, le logement était vraiment top, très propre, la piscine fut un gros atout. Le tram à deux pas était vraiment pratique pour les déplacements autant à Alicante qu’à Benidorm. Nous recommandons !

We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

Bra läge , lugn omgivning. Nära stranden och lugnt poolområde med stor pool alldeles utanför. Bra beskrivning av omgivning, affärer som gjorde det lätt att hitta. Hjälp att hitta söndagsmarknad i El Campello. Vi använde även transport ned Tram, nån bil behövs ej på detta ställe.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

L’appartamento è situato in centro quindi posizione è perfetta. Salone e terrazzo spaziosi e comodi,cucina ben attrezzata. Camera da letto un po’ angusta (soprattutto col caldo) ma si risolve con ventilatori e aria condizionata. Anna e Andrea sono delle ottime host. Punto forte sicuramente la posizione,la consiglio

Rosy fue muy amable y receptiva; se preocupa de todos los detalles (toallas, bolsas de playa, sillas playa, etc). Nos esperó con una botella de cava y unos dulces, entre muchas otras cosas. Fue una persona cálida y nos dio toda la información que necesitábamos para nuestra estadía. El Campello es precioso y el apartamento está frente a la playa, tiene una hermosa vista. Disfrutamos el tiempo allá!

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

Petit logement très pratique, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans un petit espace très convivial. Le lit se déplie de l'armoire au dessus du canapé du salon, il est très confortable. La vue est très bien, le soleil est sur le balcon le matin pour prendre le petit déjeuner c'est parfait. Ombre l'après midi quand il fait chaud c'est pas plus mal. Carmen est très réactive et amicale par message. Merci pour la gentille attention de la bouteille offerte en arrivant ! Je recommande ce logement très propre et idéalement placé en coeur de ville, tout se fait à pied depuis le logement. Le bus pour aller ou venir de l'aéroport et à seulement quelques mètres à la place d'à côté.
