Holiday rentals with beach access in Sant Martí

Spent 4 great nights here. Loved the location. Close to everything. Great cafe downstairs and several other shops in the same block. Excellent for public transport to take you anywhere in the city. Plenty of taxis to hail, outside the front door. We loved the terrace and ate here often. A couple of things to note, the bedrooms are very small and the bathroom is off the main bedroom, so really not suitable for 2 couples. There are a few stairs to get into the kitchen and the terrace, so may be an issue if there are mobility issues. The aircon in each room was fantastic. Finn's communication was excellent and we had a warm welcome from the on-site ladies. Would definitely stay here again.

Desde la llegada al piso, todo fue espectacular. tanto el recibimiento de Cloe como la comunicación con Laura por mensajes, siempre atenta y respondiendo con rapidez. Estuvo dispuesta a ayudar durante toda nuestra estadía y el apartamento es realmente hermoso, impecable y con una ubicación extraordinaria. definitivamente volveremos!!

Stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our time here, the apartment is in a great location with a lovely view of Barcelona. The host is very accommodating and is very lovely. The only thing I would have said is that there is no sun loungers for the pool but apart from that everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

This place was more than enough space for the two of us who stayed here. It was spacious & clean & had a lovely view of the street below & city. Carolina helped us check in & she was super friendly & helpful with recommendations & any questions we had! It was a quick walk to the beach, shopping mall, cinema, and lots of restaurants and patisseries. We loved this spot & would gladly stay here again next time we visit!

Marcelo & co. were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The Airbnb was fully stocked on everything we needed, perfectly located for our visit, comfortable beds, clean toilets. Beautiful, private, well-kept terrace and balcony overlooking the sea. Check in was easy, and they dealt swiftly with a very minor issue we had during our visit. Superhost status well deserved!! ⭐

The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. The host greeted us upon arrival and provided clear instructions on how to access the unit and everything we needed to know about the apartment. Great attention to detail with extra details such as cold water in the fridge and extra toiletries in the bathrooms. We really felt taken care of. Thank you!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed Gerard’s place as it was conveniently located across the road from the beach, restaurants and a few minutes by taxi to most attractions. The apartment was the perfect size for our family and Gerard was always very responsive and kind. Having two full bathrooms and washer/dryer are always a real plus especially when traveling for many days and/or spending time on the beach. The apartment building was always quiet and the window views of the beach/sea were great. Thank you for allowing us to stay at and enjoy all that Barcelona offers!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Besonders der Terrassenbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen – perfekt zum Entspannen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Die Unterkunft war stets sauber und gepflegt, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch: Der Flughafen ist in der Nähe, und mit dem Taxi sind es nur etwa 15 Minuten bis zur Unterkunft. Außerdem gibt es an jeder Ecke eine Bushaltestelle, was die Mobilität sehr erleichtert. Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe, sodass man bequem alles Nötige einkaufen kann. Ein besonderes Highlight war die herzliche Begrüßung durch Juliana. Sie hat uns sehr liebevoll empfangen und sogar bei Problemen mit dem Taxi geholfen. Sie hat einen sehr sympathischen Eindruck hinterlassen und hat unseren Aufenthalt dadurch noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

We had such a wonderful time here, a beautiful private terrace and so peaceful yet right in the middle of the city, one of the best equipped places we’ve ever stayed too, with lots of info also provided on the nearby area, and Jaume was a very kind generous and friendly host. The best place we have stayed in the city over the years we’ve visited, and we immediately booked to return on our next visit!

Everything went very well at Lidia's place. We had a car so it was easy to get around (and park) for the 2 days we stayed. Beautiful views from the deck!

Wir waren als große Familie in dem Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin war gut zu erreichen und antwortete auch sehr schnell. Ein Haus für einen ruhigen und entspannten Strandurlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber. Wir waren begeistert und werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Das einzige was wir uns gewünscht hätten, wäre ein Grill gewesen. Danke für die tolle Zeit

From the moment we booked until we left, she was extremely proactive and communicative full of recommendations and ready to assist with our every need. Her home was in a great location, literally 2 minutes from the beach, train station, groceries and restaurants - the perfect location! The terrace was beautiful and a great spot for relaxing, working or an outdoor meal. It was fully stocked with everything you could need for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again. She welcomed us in person with local treats and immediately responded to any questions/concerns we had. She also checked-in regularly to ensure there were no issues. If there was an option we'd give her 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We verbleven hier 2 weken en hebben het ontzettend naar ons zin gehad. Het huisje bevindt zich in een rustige wijk en gezellig dorp, waar je verschillende winkels kunt vinden en ook een markt. Op kleine afstand zitten verschillende steden zoals Mataró en Barcelona die we hebben bezocht. Bij aankomst stond er een grote fruitschaal voor ons klaar en ook de (koel)kast was gevuld! Het huisje is precies groot genoeg voor 2 personen. We hebben veel gebruikgemaakt van de gedeelde buitenruimte met zwembad, deze werden niet door Toni en Olga gebruikt tijdens ons verblijf. Rond de avond zijn er wel muggen, daar hebben ze ook veel spullen voor in huis gehaald zoals kaarsen. Verstandig om ook zelf anti-muggen spray mee te nemen als je in de avond buiten wilt zitten. Toni en Olga zijn erg gastvrij, ze reageerden snel op vragen of verzoeken.

Beautiful home in a great location, perfectly situated between Barcelona and Girona. House complete with all amenities needed with a lovely seating area outside. Wonderful host waiting for us on arrival to show us the house and offer local knowledge and advice. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

For a relaxing trip with friends, this is an amazing place. You can spend the day relaxing on the beach and come back to enjoy in a bbq. The public transport is nearby and there are many shops around the house. Silvia was very welcoming and helpful, with quick responses and great energy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to relax and visit Barcelona throughout the day. Will definitely come back again.

This was my third time staying with Jordi and Manel. Their home is always such a great home base when my friends and I visit Barcelona. It's close to the metro, in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby, and also a quick walk to the beach! On top of that, the place itself has everything you need and Jordi / Manel are ready to help anyway they can.

This was the perfect place to stay! Close to Barcelona via public transport, and close to the beach and shops in Montgat. The place was exactly as described, very clean, and the host was very helpful. We did have a small issue upon checkout as the keys could not be located, however this was resolved relatively quickly and Fernando apologised for the miscommunication. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely go back!

An amazing place. The location is stellar. Claudio was awesome. He provided information and suggestions on places to eat and the one we choose was amazing. He answered all questions in a timely manner and was attentive to hour needs.

Perfect way to end our 2 week European Tour. Beautiful beach view. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities; well stocked with beach necessities (sun umbrella, chairs, blankets, extra flip flops, toys/football, etc). Great way to get out of Barcelona but still have access to the city and airport. All six of us were very pleased with the two night stay before hopping back onto a plane ✈️ to fly home.

We were really please with the apartment. It was only a short train ride away from the city and it gave us options to either enjoy the city or stay local and enjoy the beautiful beaches. We would definitely recommend it to others, as it made our holiday. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the location was perfect :)

Mariona fue una excelente host, el Departamento era muy completo y todo funcionaba a la perfección! la zona es muy tranquila y muy cerca de la playa, por lo cual recomiendo hospedarse aquí en vez de otros alojamientos más cerca del centro! Hemos pasado unos días excelentes y volveremos sin dudarlo

Great apartment and location! Right near the Metro station to easily get around. Host was great at communicating and helpful. He met us at the apartment and was flexible, letting us check in early which was helpful after arriving by train from Madrid. The views were great and the apartment had air conditioning!

Alex and Olga were always very responsive and extremely accommodating. We arrived just before the supermarket nearby was about to close, and Alex showed us a shortcut and ran with us to make sure we had our groceries :) The place has absolutely everything you might need. The area is very calm and safe, and the beach is just a stone-throw away. Thank you Alex and Olga for your hospitality!
