Mi Casita- a sweet Mesa Suite-walk to beach!

A bright, comfortable studio with high ceilings, and a full sized kitchen which includes a butcher block counter seating area for working or dining. Gas stove, Fiestaware dishes, Revere ware pans, silverware, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, and refrigerator. Fully fenced in yard with private gate, patio, and lawn. The secluded Mesa Lane Beach is 2 blocks away, and the Douglas Family Preserve with beautiful bluff views is a 5 minute walk from the house.

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Ojai Restored Retro Trailer on a Ranch!

Little Moon, fully renovated 1950 Aljo trailer, found buried to its axles in Mojave. Named after her original owner, a Native American woman named Little Moon, whose birth certificate was found in the trailer. She has now been rebuilt and completely restored and placed in a perfect location under oak trees and next to our vegetable garden on our ranch where our numerous animals keep her company. UPDATE: Brand new AC unit installed! Nice and cool for summer months now!
