This is such a charming little house! The location is just perfect: in town, but not in the busy part, and so close to the beach. 100% recommend!

The house is very clean and organized. The hostess was always friendly, and answered quickly. Excellent service, I would return on another occasion

The place is amazing, peaceful and beautiful. My family and I had a great time there. Elliot was always responsive, the only thing that I would like to point out, is that when we asked him something he would have a short answer rather than an explanatory one. Other than that, he was great and his place was worth the money. Looking forward to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house itself can get hot during the day, but there were a ton of fans to keep air moving, hammock and chairs to lounge on outside, and ac in the bedroom at night. Really conveniently located to walk to the beach or into a lively part of Boqueron with restaurants, live music, and dancing. You’re also a short drive to a number of amazing beaches. Great spot, would stay again!

everything was great. i love this place. would definitely stay again. everything is just like the photos and Carlos is a great host. its like being in the country but a couple minutes from town. i fell in love with the place, and will be coming back. 1000% recommended.

5 🌟s!!! The Hacienda was truly a slice of heaven! As beautiful as the pictures make it look, you really have to be there to appreciate the true beauty of this place. There were 6 of us with kids ages ranging from 3-13 and we all had a magical time! We had access to the entire 30 acre farm and we were even able to find some hidden swings while walking around for the kids to enjoy. The house is stocked with absolutely everything you will need including a plethora of games, Nintendo switch, ping pong table, outdoor chess and many other games. The pool was a huge hit, always clean and warm for early morning or late night swims as temps can get a bit chilly up in the mountains. Carol and Camacho are so sweet and great hosts. Communication was clear and prompt and they’re really good about letting you know what to expect. We truly appreciated Camacho greeting us when we arrived to show us the house as it is HUGE! He was always just a text away if we had questions.

We stayed at Delmare for two nights, and I truly wish we could have stayed longer—it was that perfect. This place exceeded all of our expectations and is, without a doubt, one of the best beachfront stays we’ve ever experienced. The space itself is stunning: clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could need. It’s ideal for a couple’s romantic escape or a small family looking for a serene retreat. The location couldn’t be more convenient—the beach is literally three steps from the front door. We loved being able to walk right off the sand and straight into the outdoor shower, then through the bathroom into the house, completely refreshed and clean—no tracking sand or saltwater inside. It made every beach trip effortless. One of my favorite things was that we never had to pack bags for the beach. Everything we needed was just a few steps away in our own kitchen. This was our second time staying at Señor Carlos’s beautiful Airbnb, and it was just as magical as the first. The location is perfect just steps away from the beach! The beach right in front of the house is incredible: calm waters, peaceful, and never crowded. Truly the perfect place to relax. The house itself is a charming, traditional Puerto Rican home full of character. Señor Carlos was very responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We felt so welcomed and at peace. Thank you again for another unforgettable stay!

Absolutely beautiful view of the mountains and nearby cities. Veronica was helpful as was her dad; they both really endeavored to make our stay excellent, which it was! Definitely staying here again when we return to PR. Also the nearby coffee plantation Coffee Mis Abuelos was incredible and I can’t recommend their tour enough! And the Anones mini mart’s coffee and food was to die for! Loved this place!!!

We were looking for a place to spend our wedding anniversary, and this place was perfect. Everything from the decoration to the cleanliness was outstanding. This place is very private, and the host's communication is on point. I truly recommend this place for any couple. It's a 5-star all around. It's stunning; I can't wait to go back!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how peaceful, safe, and immaculately clean the place was. It truly felt like a home away from home – only better! The neighborhood is incredibly tranquil, which allowed us to fully relax and unwind. We felt completely safe at all hours, and it was clear that the area is well cared for. It’s the perfect spot for couples, families, or even solo travelers looking for a serene getaway with easy access to Boquerón’s charm. The home itself was spotless – cleaner than any hotel we’ve stayed in. Every room smelled fresh, the linens were crisp, and all surfaces were sparkling. Daisy was so helpful when the map wasn't being so user friendly! She responded in an instant! We appreciate her kindness. This was our first time to the Cabo Rojo area and it did not disappoint. The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. The view of the water from the balcony was great, we even saw dolphins! Many food places ans road bars! I love it, excellent for going with the family, the place is very quiet and safe and the apartment is super equipped from kitchen items, to chairs, refrigerator, beach umbrellas.

The apartment is great, with an incredible view from the balcony. The area is incredibly relaxing. José's instructions were very clear on how to get there. Everything was very clean. 20/10. It has its own parking for 1 vehicle.

I think the photos don’t do the roof justice. It’s so amazing to watch the sunrise over mountains in the morning and then watch the sun set on the ocean at night. There’s a toilet and kitchenette on the roof as well The two balconies downstairs are gorgeous. I was traveling with a curious toddler and I felt very safe in the apartment. The roof was big enough to stop him from getting to the stairs. The house is elegant and simple with great appliances in the kitchen. Not overdone with too many decorations like other airbnbs. The utility closet with chairs was really helpful for keeping sand out of the house and there’s a hose for cleaning on the balcony. This seems minor but it makes a big difference. It is a really short walk to the beach and a short drive to others. I love this little town.

This place is amazing! The building appears new and is very well taken care of. The room is spacious and clean. The views are amazing. Pool and private beach access were great! A very calm and peaceful environment. Very little to no noise from the other tenants. Everyone we saw was very friendly. It feels private even though other people live nearby. This is the best condo I’ve stayed in and will definitely return. It has everything you are looking for. A lot of great beaches are nearby too. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities very close by. I can’t wait to come back!

I highly recommend it! Excellent apartment, clean, peaceful and beautiful. The common areas are quiet, clean, and very well maintained. We kayaked around the area; the sea was calm and perfect for that. The host was EXCELLENT, with super effective communication, friendly, and responsive. We really had a great time. I loved it!
