Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Santa Beach

Staying at Bill’s place was arguably our best Airbnb experience ever. The oceanfront property is stunning—so beautiful and peaceful, and everything we hoped for. Bill was wonderfully communicative, and not only greeted us upon arrival, but also provided lots of wonderful recommendations for food and activities. Bill also provides *everything* you need for a beach day — towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkeling gear, etc. He has a grill on the private patio and grilling equipment too. In sum, the stay alone was already pretty wonderful, but Bill’s hospitality really put the experience over the top. Would 100% recommend staying here, and hope to visit again and a future trip to Rincón.

We loved our stay in Rincon at the pink beach house so much! There was nothing better than walking a few steps to the beach several times a day. We usually started our day with breakfast in the beautiful garden. We then packed up beach chairs and snorkel gear and headed to Steps Beach. The snorekling was great, and the beach was beautiful! We would come back for lunch and pool time in the backyard. The kids really loved the pool. Later we would walk to Sands beach to swim. We even got to swim in the rain a couple times. Our favorite restaurant for dinner was La Cambija. The kids also really enjoyed the Beach House. We went to the Econo grocery store by the house daily. It was so convenient to be able to walk. My daughter also loved the fun chais at Solcelito Coffee across the street. My daughter’s favorite part of the trip was all the animals, especially the cats! So many kitties. Goodbye Rincon. We loved you!

The place is amazing, peaceful and beautiful. My family and I had a great time there. Elliot was always responsive, the only thing that I would like to point out, is that when we asked him something he would have a short answer rather than an explanatory one. Other than that, he was great and his place was worth the money. Looking forward to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house itself can get hot during the day, but there were a ton of fans to keep air moving, hammock and chairs to lounge on outside, and ac in the bedroom at night. Really conveniently located to walk to the beach or into a lively part of Boqueron with restaurants, live music, and dancing. You’re also a short drive to a number of amazing beaches. Great spot, would stay again!

We stayed at Delmare for two nights, and I truly wish we could have stayed longer—it was that perfect. This place exceeded all of our expectations and is, without a doubt, one of the best beachfront stays we’ve ever experienced. The space itself is stunning: clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could need. It’s ideal for a couple’s romantic escape or a small family looking for a serene retreat. The location couldn’t be more convenient—the beach is literally three steps from the front door. We loved being able to walk right off the sand and straight into the outdoor shower, then through the bathroom into the house, completely refreshed and clean—no tracking sand or saltwater inside. It made every beach trip effortless. One of my favorite things was that we never had to pack bags for the beach. Everything we needed was just a few steps away in our own kitchen. This was our second time staying at Señor Carlos’s beautiful Airbnb, and it was just as magical as the first. The location is perfect just steps away from the beach! The beach right in front of the house is incredible: calm waters, peaceful, and never crowded. Truly the perfect place to relax. The house itself is a charming, traditional Puerto Rican home full of character. Señor Carlos was very responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We felt so welcomed and at peace. Thank you again for another unforgettable stay!

We recently stayed at Don Peter and Aleida’s house, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Everything was very well organized and extremely clean. It felt very cozy to be there. The fact that it was right in front of the beach was a huge plus, exactly what we were looking for. We truly enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately, we experienced two days without power due to a general blackout across Puerto Rico, but Don Peter was incredibly attentive and took great care of the generator, which provided us with electricity during that time. It was truly an experience we loved, and we definitely plan to return and enjoy their property again. Don Peter and Doña Aleida are wonderful hosts. A thousand thanks!

Absolutely wonderful place. Came here for my wife’s 50th bday and we loved it. Being literally steps from the beach was just awesome. The patio area was very comfortable place to sit and relax in the morning or after a day of fun and the sun at the beach. Lots of great places to eat close to the house or if you want to cook for yourself the house is well equipped. I would gladly stay here again if in the area with no hesitation. Janet was ultra responsive and so was Carmen. The pictures on Airbnb don’t do it justice this place was wonderful. Thank you again for making this a wonderful vacation.

We loved our stay! The house was very comfortable. A/C in every room The backyard space was so nice to hang out in every evening. Had everything we wanted out there from lounge chairs to a hammock, plenty of tables and chairs and even a shower/bathroom and BBQ grill!! The kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear and beach chairs/cooler were so convenient. The short trip out to the little island was a treat! The view and location right on the water was the highlight of the place! We absolutely loved it and had such a fun memorable stay!

We loved our stay here! The view and experience from the balcony are breathtaking - cooking and lounging on the hammocks out there was so peaceful and amazing. It was so amazing falling asleep to the sounds of nature. Warm and sunny during the day, nice and cool in the mornings and at night. We had no problems with bugs/mosquitoes/wildlife despite how immersed in nature the home is, maybe because of the altitude and cooler mountain weather. Grisel and Pancho were incredibly kind, our Puerto Rican grandparents :) we will be happy to come stay here again! Much love to you two!

Absolutely beautiful view of the mountains and nearby cities. Veronica was helpful as was her dad; they both really endeavored to make our stay excellent, which it was! Definitely staying here again when we return to PR. Also the nearby coffee plantation Coffee Mis Abuelos was incredible and I can’t recommend their tour enough! And the Anones mini mart’s coffee and food was to die for! Loved this place!!!

My stay in this beautiful villa in Cabo Rojo was simply perfect: waking up with the sea breeze, enjoying every corner surrounded by nature and ending the day with postcard sunsets. Endless thanks to Javier for his kindness, for every detail and for making these days an unforgettable memory. Cabo Rojo will always have a little piece of my heart.

The place was lovely and the host was very responsive and proactive. They were in contact with us well before the stay, offered information about things to do and places to eat, and were very thorough in explaining how to access the property. They were super helpful with anything we needed. As others have pointed out, the shower was comically uneven temperature-wise, either very hot or very cold with no in-between, however honestly the view and accommodation made it worth it. I would gladly stay again and am so thankful that I got to stay here for my birthday trip. Thank you Ocaso for a lovely stay!

We were looking for a place to spend our wedding anniversary, and this place was perfect. Everything from the decoration to the cleanliness was outstanding. This place is very private, and the host's communication is on point. I truly recommend this place for any couple. It's a 5-star all around. It's stunning; I can't wait to go back!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Exceeded All Expectations! Our stay in Cabo Rojo (Boquerón) was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how peaceful, safe, and immaculately clean the place was. It truly felt like a home away from home – only better! The neighborhood is incredibly tranquil, which allowed us to fully relax and unwind. We felt completely safe at all hours, and it was clear that the area is well cared for. It’s the perfect spot for couples, families, or even solo travelers looking for a serene getaway with easy access to Boquerón’s charm. The home itself was spotless – cleaner than any hotel we’ve stayed in. Every room smelled fresh, the linens were crisp, and all surfaces were sparkling. You can tell the hosts take pride in the space and go above and beyond to keep everything in top condition. What really blew us away was how much was provided. The condo is breathtaking, beautiful views throughout the condo. It is very quiet and peaceful. The entire condo was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Great place to stay for large families.

The place was clean, pretty, comfortable and a gorgeous beach was my backyard for the weekend. Heriberto thought about everything one might need. Loved the restaurants and bars in the area. Got to hear live music, eat good food, go for a run, do yoga. Everything was close and accessible. Loved everything about it.

The apartment is great, with an incredible view from the balcony. The area is incredibly relaxing. José's instructions were very clear on how to get there. Everything was very clean. 20/10. It has its own parking for 1 vehicle.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Tropical Sunset Penthouse! It was our family’s favorite place we stayed during our trip! The decor, location, and views were excellent, and the hosts were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming! We loved the roof top view, amenities, and hot tub! We hope to return!!!

The apartment was excellent. The location and the facilities were amazing! In front to the beach and nice pool. The host (Joshua) was available all the time. We recommend at 100%.

I highly recommend it! Excellent apartment, clean, peaceful and beautiful. The common areas are quiet, clean, and very well maintained. We kayaked around the area; the sea was calm and perfect for that. The host was EXCELLENT, with super effective communication, friendly, and responsive. We really had a great time. I loved it!
