Enjoyed funky decor at Liz’s place, being a quick easy walk to the beach, bed very comfortable. Only quibble was we couldn’t get door code until we arrived & one light bulb needed replacing. But overall we were very happy & would return. Enjoyed patio & privacy.

This cottage was the perfect getaway for a long weekend with friends and a small dog. The bathroom was super clean, and we enjoyed hanging out in the front yard and being able to walk to the beach and shops, etc. Gabriel was super responsive, helpful and friendly! Will definitely be returning.

Laura’s place was spot on for our short stay. Beach was a stones throw away, which is where the kids wanted to spend their time. The place was perfect, it was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Detailed instructions for the apartment to go alongside the stay and useful local information.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time on the deck above the creek. Surrounded by beauty and the sounds of the creek created a sweet spot! The lighting was an excellent touch. The accommodations had everything that you need and the bed was extremely comfortable! We would stay again!!!

10/10 recommend this property and this host!! Everything was perfect and just as described! The view of the ocean was amazing, and and the resort property, restaurant, pools and walking paths were all excellent. Another thing we appreciated was that we didn’t have excessive steps to do to be able to leave. We had an amazing time and plan to come back!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. You can really tell they care about their guests and take pride in providing a great experience. Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. Kristina was very friendly checking in with us to make sure our trip was going good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again !!! Great host great place and beautiful city !!

Our favorite part was the walk to the expansive beach. The resort is very nice, and the condo was great.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

It was a great stay. We loved our time there and would definitely visit again.

We absolutely adored this little Gem. Its footprint is small but it doesn’t feel small. The layout is perfect for a small family. The Primary bedroom with en suite bathroom was perfect and so well positioned from the smaller bedroom that everyone had ample privacy. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen a dream. My husband loved the Atari and the smart TVs were very nice. Of course, the sweeping views of the Pacific were amazing and with miles of beaches both south and north of Davenport, the location., amazing. The cottage was clean and updated and had thoughtful additions like a washer and dryer. We will definitely stay again. Great location, great space and hosts that are very responsive.

Location, location, location!! Right across the street from the beach with a beach view out the bedroom window. Lots to do in walking distance. We loved our stay in Capitola!

Super well organized and no worries: this is a super cozy place and is very nicely maintained, clean and and the friendly owner who lives nearby is very approachable and helpful. Very recommended!

The house is in a beautiful location with stunning views—truly a peaceful and scenic spot. It’s very spacious, with plenty of room to relax and spread out, which we really appreciated. The style of the home leans more traditional, and while everything was clean and functional, a few modern touches could make the space feel even more comfortable and up to date. Overall, a lovely stay in a great setting.

We love staying here, we've come here multiple years in a row. It's cozy, well maintained, and perfect for a family of four. The garage and driveway for parking is so key for a neighborhood so close to the beach. Street parking is always taken. We love the proximity to the beach and provided beach chairs, boogey boards, pop up tent, and beach towels. We walked to roaring Camp Railroad beach pickup, the boardwalk, and multiple restaurants. Communication, check in, and check out are extremely easy. We plan on coming back again next year!

Best host ever! Annie was absolutely amazing—so kind and thoughtful. The condo was perfect—beautifully maintained, fully stocked with drinks and everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. we are in town for my daughter‘s wedding and used this for myself and staging on day of wedding. I can’t stay enough about Vaquita’s house. The place is awesome right across the street from the beach, walking distance to all amenities, coffee bars, and restaurants. John was super awesome and hospitable and accommodating all deal details about check-in and check out clearly spelled out on the book by the front door the place was clean, almost like it had just been cleaned linens refresh and clean, not overly used ,bathroom amenities were awesome. Can’t say enough about this place. It’s worth every penny that you pay probably even more. You’re literally right next to one of the greatest surfing spots on the West Coast
