Al piano terra con ingresso indipendente si apre la cucina soggiorno con divano-letto, piano cottura a induzione, stufa a legna e bagno. Il soppalco accoglie il letto matrimoniale e offre la possibilità di aggiungere un letto singolo. La cucina esterna, la zona barbecue, la piscina, doccia e bagno esterno sono di uso comune.
