This Airbnb was, without a doubt, the best my wife & I have ever stayed at. The house was spotless, cozy, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of Tuscany—but what truly made it unforgettable was Riccardo & his amazing family. From the moment we arrived, Riccardo went above & beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car plans fell through, he stepped in without hesitation, becoming our personal driver. He took us grocery shopping, showed us around Chianti, & even drove us to Florence twice. Riccardo was always responsive, kind, & genuinely cared about our experience. We didn’t just find a beautiful place to stay—we found warmth, hospitality, & a real connection that made us feel like family. This stay was worth every dollar & more. A true home away from home. If we ever return to Tuscany, it will definitely be with Riccardo.

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

I can not say enough about Alessandra and her amazing land! It was the most magical place we have ever been to. We are taking a 3 month trip, hitting up 21 cities in Europe and this is BY far the best! She was so kind and took us shopping and back to our train! She was always there when we needed her.thank you Alessandra we will see you next year!

We stayed at Flora House as a family trip with my parents and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we really enjoyed cooking meals together with fresh ingredients from the host’s farm. It was a great place to unwind and spend quality time as a family. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in this beautiful vacation home, perfectly located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Sandra is a very attentive host, she was always available for any questions and proactively communicated making the check in process very easy. The house is well appointed. I would like to point out though that only one of the bedrooms has total privacy as the other two bedrooms can only be closed off by a curtain. This contributed to its charm as a lot of the old features of the house were preserved, and wasn't a problem for us. We definitely would come back. Thank you Sandra.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

Donella’s place was so beautiful!! If you have a chance to stay here definitely do so!! She puts so much thought and care into every part of the Airbnb. She left us a food basket and gave us great recommendations. The place has 2 beautiful balconies, where we drank wine and watched the sunset. The whole place was just spectacular. There was air conditioning and two bathrooms. Thank you Donella for everything!

We have been wanting to stay here for years, and it looked so amazing we couldn’t imagine it beating expectations - but it did! We did not realize how much came with a stay here: the pool, the botanical garden, the golf cart to get around, the restaurant, and even a filled fridge of farm fresh food and snacks so we didn’t have to worry about dinner OR breakfast. They taught us the history of the tower and the land and gave a thorough tour of the accommodations. This was our first time in Italy, and Tommaso was so friendly and responsive to tell us what train station to come into to get a taxi. The tower was so cozy and in its own private area. This stay was a dream come true.

We had a beautiful stay at Barbara’s house - we actually even cancelled some of our day trips just to relax there because of the beautiful views, birdsong and relaxed atmosphere! You need a car to access the house, but it’s only 10 mins drive to the nearest train station directly into Florence. Wonderful hiking trails directly from the house with stunning sights across the Tuscan hills. Such a wonderful stay. Thanks Barbara!

Incredible home, with stunning views! I hosted a group of friends here before my wedding, and we all agreed it was the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The hosts (Francesco and his wife Illaria) were extremely responsive and kind. They recommended a local chef to us, which turned into one of the best nights of our trip. 100% recommend and will be re-booking next time I travel to Tuscany.

I loved my week staying at Elisabeth’s cottage. It had everything I needed for a relaxing week away from the city. The town is easy to walk to and Elisabeth gave me lots of tips on how to get around and what to see. She was very friendly and generous with her time, even picking me up and dropping me off to the bus. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Michaela’s house. The views were beautiful and it was a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Great location, very short walk to the town or easy bus ride into the center of Florence. We will definitely be back!

This was such an amazing stay! Very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing stay far away from the major cities. Beautiful views from everywhere! Would recommend doing their wine tour on site. It was fun, informative, and delicious! You definitely will need a car to get to this place in addition to restaurants and grocery stores. Would highly recommend this place!

This Airbnb listing has a great location! It has a lot of space and is roomy and well appointed. The communication is also clear and precise and Filipo was very helpful with all the instructions! We had a lot of fun in our time here at Florence and would love to come back again.

Stayed here with my fiancé and it was the perfect neighborhood! We were right off the river and in the heart of the city, but on a quiet street! It was perfect. Donna’s apartment was curated so well and was extremely cozy for my fiancé and I. She was great host that answered our questions and request quickly and politely. we can’t wait to come back next time we are in Florence!

We loved Antonio’s place so much! The location was priceless and walkable to everything! He was also super friendly and very accommodating to our travels. Also gave us great recommendations for dinner around the area! The stairs up to the Airbnb is a hike, but once you get to the top it’s 100% worth it. We will definitely coming back to stay in the future!

Great experience for us!! We’re 4 students and we stayed there. There’s a lot of space so it’s not too crowded. There’s the Duomo 5mins away, restaurants everywhere around and basically the best place to be to visit Florence!!

Maretsa’s is a beautiful place. A very old building perfectly appointed. Beautiful furniture and details. Just be aware that there are several narrow stairs that are needed to reach the unit. Part of any old building. We highly recommend this place for a great stay in Florence. Just a few steps away from Santa Croce plaza, and a short walk to Uffizi.

Excellent location - walkable to most of the landmark sites. Riccardo and Barbara are super friendly and helpful. Very tidy and nicely decorated apartment which made us feel like being home. It’s a great experience and my parents and I really enjoyed staying at the place.

LOVELY, Spacious, Clean home with a beautiful view of the duomo. We loved our stay at Mary + Gio’s. Plenty of room to spread out, good size bathroom + shower. Fully stocked kitchen. The wash machine worked great! The fridge was very clean + lots of room. Comfortable bed. A pull out couch if you need it. We were here in June when it’s hot and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Mary + Gio gave us great recommendations for booking things in advance which was a life saver- we didn’t have to wait in any lines. They communicated up to our arrival with quick responses. Met us upon arrival to show us how everything works + share info about the area. He also carried all our luggage up the stairs which was really nice. It was walking distance to everything. It took 14 minutes to walk from train station to home. Me + my daughter were here and felt very safe in the home + walking around in the evening. If we come back we will stay here!
