Holiday rentals with breakfast in Santa Domenica

My group of friends and I spent New Year's Eve in this facility. At check-in we met and met Mrs. Stella, available and sunny. Our short stay was more than pleasant and we will have no hesitation to return.

Betta house was a cozy comfortable home with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of supplies for us to use. There was a large bathroom area with a large shower. The location was just great, walkable to everything. We enjoyed our stay, we got to meet the neighbors, and they were helpful and friendly. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our long stay. The house was decorated for the holidays inside and outside which made us very comfortable. The rooms were large which is good for our long stay. We were able to enjoy everything the town had to offer such as the church, piazza, and restaurants which we frequently visited. we were able to live with the locals of the town of Miglierina and share in their holidays and daily activities, everyone was just so kind and sharing. We would definitely recommend staying here again the next time we visit. Thank you for making our vacation something that we will always remember!

Very nice structure, located in a quiet area. Excellent for resting or for those traveling for work. However, it is not suitable for people with disabilities or those with leg or back problems. Elevated on 2 floors above the ground floor, a certain ancient style has been maintained with steep wooden stairs connecting one floor to the other. The bedroom with bathroom and shower is located on the top floor. On the first floor, there is a nice sitting room with a toilet and shower. Wi-Fi is not available, but you can connect to the Internet very well from your mobile (except for the kitchen on the ground floor where there is less signal). Alessandra provided several useful details and was understanding, meeting some of my needs. Please note that Google Maps goes a little haywire and confuses the real location of the property, but just follow Alessandra's references and you can find it quite easily. Excellent point for those who have commitments on site.

Lovely place close to parking! Host is wonderful!

We stayed with Mariachiara for about 1 week. We had a great time, the house is very clean, large and quiet. It's close to the main street, so close to bars and shops. If we go back to Philadelphia, we'll be happy to come back. Thank you to the manager who gave us a lot of advice

Antonio, his wife and mother Mina were so warm and welcoming. Our trip from Rome was much longer than we anticipated and they waited up until 1:30 am to let us in. The home is beautiful and so well equipped for a comfortable visit. Mina so graciously, took us to restaurant, where we could eat and helped us connect with our distant relatives. The whole experience was a dream come true for us. We were only here for two days but I would highly recommend a longer stay. The views are beautiful. A great place for an artist or writer or anyone needing to be restored. God willing we would love to return.

Wonderful little apartment! My teenage son is completely enamoured with Casa Sara. We booked on very short notice, just for 1 night to break a long journey, and yet Francesco and Federica were very accommodating. They made us feel at home and not an annoyance that we booked so late. Pizzo is a lovely town with fantastic views. We will be back for a proper stay! Thanks for hosting us.

My husband and I stayed for a week in one of the lucky apartments, one on the first floor with a terrace on which we admire the sea every day. The entire villa is well cared for in cleanliness, in the garden and in common spaces. The location is great, very close to the private beach with umbrella and deckchair included in the price and also great for visiting nearby places. Services such as ATMs, post offices, supermarkets etc. are only minutes away by car. The furniture in the apartment is a little dated but still in great condition and functional. The villa is managed by lucky and his family and everyone is busy to make sure guests are well during their stay, they are friendly and helpful... they are always ready to recommend if requested. We had a great time.

Pasqualina is very friendly, she explains everything about the accommodation, she makes you feel very comfortable and available for every Your request. Very clean, functional accommodation also suitable for a family holiday to see the beautiful Calabrian beaches.

Very beautiful place, I would definitely go back, my wife and kids loved it. Everyone is super friendly. Tip: Stair master to prepare for the hike down the 200 plus steps to get to the beautiful beach and back up when you’re done (which we did and made a huge difference).

very nice and equipped house, breakfast provided in abundance and really responsive and helpful host, a real landlord with every minor problem runs and above all tries to make his guests miss nothing by spoiling them too (there was no ginseng in the house and he immediately went to find it). I highly recommend this place

The apartment was great and close to centro storico, lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The host is very communicative and easy to coordinate with. As a plus there is lots of parking around the apartment.

Doris was a kind and generous host. We had trouble finding the place with the link provided but she came out to the street to set us straight. It was the end of a long day and we were glad to shower and go to bed. Doris was flexible with breakfast time and chatted as we ate. We had a little walk around before leaving back to walk to the train. Stairs up to the room are wide and accessible. Room has low slanted ceiling so guests should be able to negotiate this as well as step across top of stairs edge. Doris keeps hall lite well at night so you can see to access toilet.

The place was very cozy and nice and the host was wonderful. After a very hot walk from the train we were greeted with juice and cold water. They were very responsive and helpful also

Isabella and Francesco's villa is large and beautiful , quiet, on a plot with a multitude of fruit trees. The upstairs bedroom is protected by a sliding mosquito net and has a large private balcony where there is a minimum for cooking. The private bathroom is modern and well equipped. Breakfast is full and Isabella meets all your needs. 10 minutes from Tropéa , in the heights, this accommodation is undoubtedly one of the best we've rented. Massimo was a fantastic host and the property is a hidden gem! With direct access to the beach, it is truly a rare find in tropea. It’s walkable to town for dinner, shopping, and drinks, and there is both public / paid access to beach areas right outside the property. Massimo went out of his way to welcome us and help us throughout our stay. I would suggest requesting a room with a balcony to be able to hang your towels/ swimwear but other than that, it was fabulous!

The stay was absolutely perfect: elegant and relaxing location, small but very cozy, clean, and fully equipped, including the patio, adorned with beautiful flowers, and overlooking Tropea; Alessandro and Cinzia are extremely courteous and really helpful, as well as fast and responsive, from the first contacts; breakfast, served at the time I choose, directly on the patio/terrace of the room, and full of flavors and colors (sweet and savory, and with excellent fresh fruit, as well as, among other things, delicious jams).

This place is awesome. Valentina is very friendly, approachable and responds quickly to messages. It was really great of her to let me check in at 2pm instead of 3pm as I had arrived in the location early due to my train. The apartment is great - especially the patio balcony with jacuzzi, outside kitchen, sun lounger and parasol. The views are are absolutely beautiful of the sea and Tropea town - you could not wish for better! The room itself is very comfortable, great bed and linen, great bathroom and place to store clothes etc. The complex has a lovely garden area too - to give extra outside space. The breakfast was wonderful - really good quality and a variety of options on the menu. Valentina brings the breakfast up to you in the room at the time you request, which is really brilliant. The apartment is situated in a great location, quiet and peaceful and just 10 minutes nice walk down to the beach where there is also a supermarket. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Great location. On-site parking was very convenient . Get ready to do a lot of walking ..especially if you want to head to the beach. Useful tip there a few places down by the beach area were you get a package deal with parking and rental of parasol and 2 beach loungers. The Centro Storico is a 10 min walk with ample restaurants, cafes and shops to get lost in. Tropea is beautiful!
