It's great to have a private two-story space at this price. It has a private kitchen, bathroom, and a terrace with a good view of the lake on each floor. You might see the view not perfect because of the construction of the house just in front, but I really chilled in it. Thank you.

Such a beautiful home with an amazing view of the lake/volcanoes. Extremely clean, cosy and comfortable. As Tina has stated, it is in a remote location but follow the instructions given and you will be fine! The Tzununa dock is only a 10 minute walk away but tuktuks are also available there if you have a lot of bags. Tina provides thorough guides of Lake Atitlan and even prints them for the house so there are easily accessible! You are definitely at one with nature (lots of harmless spiders and we had a scorpion!) but we embraced it. Thanks for everything!

Christian is an excellent host, quick to respond and thoughtful, even recommending a great restaurant and dish to try on the way. The house is beautiful, with a stunning front-lake view from the lounge/terrace. It's peaceful, away from the town noise, and tuktuks make getting around easy. Staying here was a fantastic experience.

Magical Airbnb perfect for retreating from the world and being in nature. The scenery and natural sounds around it are very special. We stayed there for 25 days and had an amazing time. There’s a small harbor 5 minutes from the cabin where you can take a boat taxi to explore the lake and also go for a swim which we enjoyed multiple times. You should know that this cabin is in the middle of nature so you can expect little insects and flies, which for us wasn’t a problem. Pat’s communication was great and Marcelo, who’s the guardian of the house was very helpful and made us feel at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to dive
