Siamo a pochi km dalla bellissima costa dei trabocchi con la lunga pista ciclabile. Le spiaggie:dalle più naturali alle più curate,dalle distese di sabbia a quelle di pietra. Vivi con stile in questo spazio straordinario. Questo appartamento è un monolocale dotato di tutti i confort. Ha un balcone che dà sul fronte strada e una piccola vista sul mare. Arredato con tanto amore, è molto tranquillo. Si trova al secondo piano e come si vede dalle foto il tetto è fatto tutto in legno. Si può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi in paese. L'appartamento risiede in una casa privata ed è dotato di parcheggio interno gratuito. Risiede in paese e dista dal mare circa 3 km.

We enjoyed staying at Archistudio, so clean and neat, spacious, had everything we needed. In fact the beautiful architectural designs on the walls have inspired my son to be an architect. So lovely to have left us wine, pasta and sauce for us to cook up. It was close to restaurants, a Panificio a few doors down and close to the main Corso of the town. Sometimes we had to drive around a few times to gain a parking close by in the streets, but other than that it was perfect. Thankyou Francesco!

Lovely place and amazing views! Mountain View’s ,and countryside view’s .What more could you ask for?.You feel like you have the place to yourself and feel in the middle of nowhere ,yet 10 mins drive to lanciano town and 15 mins to the beach. Kamala was great at communicating and guiding us on places to visit,nearby restaurants.we will definitely be coming back soon when we are next in Abruzzo.Thanks Kamala & Les xx

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

We finished breakfast at his house he prepared us of everything cakes fruit everything and made us take us for the trip . I would honestly return again and again because I really felt like family !!! Even the depto had absolutely everything but everything literal .

It is hard to not immediately love the tiny city of Treglio. Luigia’s place is a clean and quaint home away from home. It is very cute and cozy from the inside to outside. We love the space, the town, and fell in love with the abruzzese countryside. The place is just as described and suited our needs perfectly for day tripping around the area and eating lots of amazing food! Our hosts were eager to share local advice and were very flexible for check in and check out. We hope to return soon! Thanks for an amazing trip!
