Con questa nuova struttura, completamente ristrutturata nel 2022, vogliamo fornire ai nostri clienti un vero e proprio appartamento indipendente anche per coloro che intendono soggiornare per periodi superiori a 30 giorni. A disposizione intero appartamento, molto grande, dotato di: cucina attrezzata, sala da pranzo, salottino, bagno, due camere e balcone. La prima camera presenta un letto matrimoniale, la seconda è leggermente più grande e ha un letto matrimoniale e un lettino a castello montessoriano, che regge fino a 60 kg. Ingresso indipendente, un posto auto gratis e piccolo giardino dove fare colazione. L'appartamento si trova a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Osimo ma immerso nella campagna.

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

My accommodation is a spacious apartment renovated in 2018, located on the second floor (no elevator) of an 18th-century building in the historic center. Thanks to the large windows, each room is very bright with stunning views of the walls of Jesi. It has two large double bedrooms, a large bathroom, a laundry room, an entrance that divides the rooms, a beautiful living room and a kitchen.
