La vista è sorprendente, sul porto di Lipari e sul mare, quasi a dare la sensazione di volare. Tipicamente eoliano, ti porta a godere di tutte le bellezze naturali che offre Lipari. Si trova a Pianoconte a circa 5 km dal porto,a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus e del supermarket dove potrai trovare tutti i prodotti locali delle Eolie!!!

Villa degli Armatori: Calipso studio apartment

On the first floor of the Villa degli Armatori is this beautiful studio with a private entrance that enjoys a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and islands. All the details and tones of the furnishings recall the beauty of the Salina sea, the dreamy atmospheres of the seabed and the views of infinite blue. Inside a cozy but functional space, there is a sleeping area, a vanishing kitchen and a living area. The space is completed by walk-in closet and a large bathroom.

Casa Rosa

The Pink House is divided in two independent apartments (see photos Casa Rosa A and B). Each apartment has one double bedroom, a large kitchen/living room with one couch bed and one bathroom with a shower. The apartment B also has one built in mezzanine with a two single beds. The house has been renewed in 2019, but its colors and frames have been kept unchanged just the way they were 100 years ago. You will be assigned Casa Rosa A or B depending on availability.

Zenzero è un grazioso monolocale e si trova al secondo piano di un’antica costruzione di fronte al mare, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Canneto, (raggiungibile tramite due rampe di scale); completamente ristrutturato è composto da un’ampia camera con letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, bagno con box doccia e da una terrazza (vista mare) di circa 12 mq, coperta per metà da un cannucciato, attrezzata con tavolo, sedie e barbecue .

The villa sits on 4 hectares of land, immersed in Mediterranean scrub, bordered by the sea on one side and the liparo hills on the other. It consists of an accommodation center with a separate entrance, outdoor spaces, garden and typical Aeolian terraces.
