Holiday rentals with lake access in Santa Mónica

A very comfortable and well equipped summer house, ideal for relaxing. The surroundings are quiet and nice, perfect to relax. Definitely a place I'd go back to.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Dash, a very cute and perfect place to rest. Rafael was an excellent host, from before arrival and until the time of departure. She was very friendly even providing assistance outside the house when we need her. Highly recommend!! Really nice🫶🏻

Communication and treatment with Soledad and Rafael was excellent from the first moment. Rafael was an excellent host, always willing to help. The area and house are very enjoyable and has a very wooded and fenced garden which made it very safe for my pet. It was a pleasure staying in the house, we will be back!

Lovely house in a very cool area just a short walk from nearby bakeries, restaurants and beaches. Really nice outdoor area and all the kitchen appliances etc you need. Internet was fast and reliable too. All comms with Muriel were great, and would stay again if we were in the area!

We stayed at this cabin in the middle of two nights and the experience was excellent. We went as a couple and the place allowed us to work remotely to both of us without problems. The cottage is very well designed, comfortable, equipped with everything you need and as shown in the publication. We loved the tranquility of the surroundings, the views, the grill and how well thought out everything is to enjoy and rest. In addition, communication with the host was prompt and very kind at all times. We highly recommend this place, and would return, for sure.

Amazing place! I can't describe how beautiful the place is, it seemed to me to be in a movie setting. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, everything new, everything works… I made a beautiful milanesa and a beautiful roast on the grill with my family. The condominium has 2 markets nearby and a gas station with convenience and pharmacy, so whenever you need or miss something, you will find it 3 minutes from the apartment. Rodrigo was extremely polite and respectful, making us feel very comfortable! For Brazilians, all condominium employees have a communication facility, which helps a lot with check-in. I had visited Punta before, but this was my best experience. I hope to return in the summer and enjoy everything the condominium has to offer! A tip, plan 1 day to enjoy the amenities that the condominium offers, especially for those who have children, and take some beautiful photos!

Beautiful holidays. Ideal for disconnecting from everyday life and breathing in nature. Dreamy forests and lakes, both day and night. Claudio is very attentive to any inconvenience both at the beginning of the stay and at the end. Like the guys at Green Park, very friendly. The apartment is very well equipped, if you are going for several days I recommend taking several things for the kitchen and bathroom. We had a wonderful time, we will definitely be back!

At Lola's house we had a beautiful stay and experience, her hosts were warm and friendly. They waited for us with the stoves lit in a very cozy space where we felt at home. The house had all the amenities, necessary utensils and the hygiene of the house was excellent. The environment is very quiet, surrounded by cows and horses that add to the experience as well as the walk to the stream. It is located at a strategic point to reach places such as Pueblo Eden, San Carlos, Piriapolis, Pan de Azúcar, Punta Ballena, among others. On our occasion, we shared the space with family and children, who were delighted. We hope to go back!

Very nice experience, the place is just like the photos, easy to get to and access. Ideal for going with friends and spending a few quiet days

If they are thinking of staying in the room I warn them, I warn them, they will not want to leave. The most incredible photos they seem don't do justice to the experience of what we live in the week of tourism. Hiking and being able to climb the hill, have breakfast looking at the saws of the snails, the refreshing bathrooms in the organic pool, the hot tub under the stars, the mimics of the donkeys who came to say hello to us. The facilities are great for 8 people, the house worked perfectly, the stoves would pull well and warm the house very quickly, the mattresses very comfortable as well as the pillows. The shower worked great. The house has a sustainable hang, so much so that being 8 people we only generate a medium bag of waste. One of the most rewarding experiences to be able to rest and connect with everything real. To the host Marcelo there are no words for how good the communication, the treatment and the piques were. We will be back!
