The house is 150 sqm large in a 500 sqm plot located in a residential quiet area. Pool is 30 sqm large. Quietness of the environment needs to be preserved.

You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.
