Holiday rentals with a patio in Santa Rosa Island

We had a great time and were shocked at how many amenities were offered at this Airbnb including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish and clothes detergent, hand soaps. They had a whole beach closet with chairs, an umbrella, toys, and wagon. The kitchen was updated and was so beautifully organized and well appointed. Our family had the best beach vacation!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

Stunning home. Looks just like the photos. The Bay Area (your back yard) was perfect for my two year old to swim in because it was so calm and not crowded. It is a small space but was still perfect for my family of 4. I would definitely book again!

Very happy with this stay. We like to spend most of our time shopping and dining in Pensacola but we prefer the beaches in Navarre, so Gulf Breeze is the perfect. If you’re looking for a cutesy, professionally decorated place, this ain’t for you. If you do, however, want CLEAN, convenient to everything, cold a/c, and an easily-accessible place to sleep and shower, this is it. Daniel was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, if available when we come back.

Our stay at Kathy Bell’s condo in Sans Souci Room 308 was absolutely amazing—truly better than we expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was a highlight of our trip. Kathy was a great host and made everything seamless from start to finish. It was genuinely hard to pack up and leave when our vacation ended. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

My family and I loved the stay at the beach condo! We loved the fact that everyone had their own room and bathroom. Everything in the condo was so nice. We loved the huge tv and the balcony! Such beautiful views from the balcony. Communication with Barry and Jaime was great! They were responsive and answered all of the questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Garrett’s place was genuinely perfect. He thought of every question we had before I even asked it. His communication was top tier and he was extremely helpful! As far as location, you can’t get any better. The condo itself is right on the beach and has everything you could need even including beach chairs and an umbrella. Fort Walton also is located incredibly. It is just close enough to Destin to travel for dinner or even for the day but tucked away in a calm peaceful town with little to no traffic that most beach towns have. The beach that the condo is located on is not crowded at all since it is towards the end of the beach and so it is very peaceful. All around a 10/10 experience.

We loved our stay at the Olivia! Everything was clean, cozy, and felt like home. We loved the beautiful kitchen and bathroom and we had a great time in Pensacola!

Caroline was such an amazing host! This house was absolutely perfect. It was only 13 minutes to the beach. The king sized beds in all of the bedrooms was so nice. She also has a day bed & a trundle in the upstairs bedroom and lots of extra beds that you can use if needed. She has plenty of beach towels & beach supplies in the garage. If you have little ones, she has a crib, high chair, pack & play, toys, books, and toy chests full of toys, and kids cups/dishes in the kitchen. She also has board games for family game night! The laundry room had everything I usually have at home. I really appreciated that. The privacy fence in the backyard was perfect for our dog. This was his first vacation. He is very anxious, but he did great on this trip. Caroline made us feel like we were at home. The kids loved the house, too. I don't have any negative things to say about this stay. This house has everything and more. We would love to stay here again!

The house was clean upon arrival and has an inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking a meal or ordering takeout. Grocery stores are not far from the house. The back deck is shaded in the afternoon, making it a great place to hang out. Over this is a great place.

This is a great place to stay in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s close to the NAM, beach, and downtown.

This cottage is perfect. Centrally located and you can be just about anywhere in Pensacola in 15 minutes including the beach. Great restaurants very near by. This was our 2nd stay and I'm sure there will be a 3rd as we come back every year for a USN reunion. Host and amenities are great!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! The hosts truly thought of everything and had nice personal touches throughout the place. From the corn hole to the coffee bar, this place has all you need for a perfect get away! It felt like home away from home, and we loved spending our days at the pool and lounging out back. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Tammy was an incredibly thoughtful and attentive host. The amount of time and thought she put into every detail of the property was truly impressive. Everything was beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. The property itself was stunning—peaceful, well-maintained, and full of charm. We had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to return!

This home is beautifully devoted with a lovely dining table we enjoyed our meals each day. The linens & bedsrooms were immaculate as well as the bathrooms. The sweet tooth brushes & soaps were an extra treat in the bathrooms. I forgot my shampoo & Sonya had left tiny shampoos & conditioners in each shower. The backyard was a big hit with our pooches. Our stay was so nice & we definitely recommend this place for anyone! Sonja is so sweet & kind & responds quickly. We loved our week here!

Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

We stayed at Preston and Sarah Kate’s for Memorial Day weekend with our 1 year old and we had an amazing time. I was so impressed by how detailed all of the instructions were and the convenience of have a site we can refer to that answered an questions we would have, including local recommendations. The best part of all is that this place is literally across the street from the beach entrance and has a quiet area reserved for guests. Preston and Sarah Kate have everything you’ll need for the beach which makes it super convenient for traveling without the worry of overpacking or buying things you’ll only need once. Can’t recommend this place more! Look forward to our next stay!

Really nice and clean room. The entire facility was really clean. Very comfortable mattress. I really enjoyed my stay.

Jennifer was a great host & very responsive when I reached out! It looked just like the pictures and the view was perfect to watch the sunset! Beach access was very easy & I love that they included 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach with our stay! We are a family of 5 & had plenty of space and felt right at home. We will be back & highly recommend!

This place is perfect if you have infants. We didn’t know ahead of time that there was a playpen and high chair available. If we did we wouldn’t have brought all the extra stuff for my granddaughter. This will be a place we will book in the future for sure! Thank you Jacqueline for such a wonderful place to stay!

The condo was the best we have stayed in. The furniture upgrades both inside and out were a nice unexpected surprise as they weren’t shown in the booking photos. The bed might be the most comfortable ever made! My only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, is the beach service is a little confusing. You do get chairs and umbrella included but to insure a front row you need to be on the beach early and talking with the guy putting out the chairs about securing some, it’s first come first serve on ones that aren’t reserved. You can also pay $15.00 extra a day to reserve a set. The beach service guy was awesome and took great care of us all week. Highly recommended! Oh, and the pool was not heated and in first of May was a little cool but certainly is of no fault of the owner.

We loved staying at Ashley's place in Navarre Beach. It was super cute and very clean. Ashley was a great host and was very responsive. Our family loves Navarre, so we will definitely remember this place when we are ready to come back!

This bnb was prefect for our Fort Walton vacation! It was clean, comfortable, and had a GORGEOUS view! 10/10 would recommend staying here! Nothing beats having breakfast on the balcony listening to the waves crash!
