Holiday rentals with beach access in Santa Teresa di Riva

What a wonderful apartment in a beautiful location. We were so pleased that we chose to stay here as opposed to Taormina. The village is beautiful, quiet and friendly but also has some wonderful restaurants to eat out in and a lovely little grocery shop - all within a few minutes walk! We really enjoyed lounging on the balcony and soaking up the beautiful views but we also had lovely day trips to Taormina /Isola Bella, Randazzo and the foothills of Etna. You will need a car to make the most of the beautiful island. G is a wonderful host. Extremely helpful and prompt in her responses. Everything was easy. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

We came by taxi from the airport. Antonietta waited for us in the apartment and told us about what we saw around us, gave tips on restaurants and told us about dishes you should try when you are in Aci Castello. The apartment was well equipped, but we were probably too late to use the mosquito spray. Walking distance to Aci Trezza and Catania is also not far away (by bus). After purchasing swimming shoes, we tried a small swim in the sea that lies just below the apartment. Here it must be said that we had problems both getting in and out of the sea due to large rocks that had to be forced. The apartment is well equipped and we bought food and ate breakfast "at home", also made a couple of dinners in the city to eat out. The terrace was fantastic and we sat outside all the time, except when we wanted to watch the national match between Norway and Italy (which Norway won). I highly recommend both the place and the apartment.

Concetta is an incredible host! The apartment is located right in the heart of Naxos, just a minute’s walk from the sea and close to all the restaurants and bars. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there’s even a washing machine. We stayed as a couple with a baby, and everything was perfect. Concetta helped us with everything we needed – she went above and beyond. The place was cleaned every two days, and even the sheets were replaced regularly. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment with a spacious balcony with stunning views of the sea. Very clean and generous with all essentials including pasta, olive oil, salt , pepper, suntan lotion and moisturizer, all items we thought we would have to buy. Francesca was helpful with recommendations for restaurants, coffee bars, pizza and supermarket. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay here. It had the most incredible view that we didn’t want to leave. Super easy access to the beach and the cable car into the town centre. Recommend staying here over Taormina as it’s away from the tour groups and craziness so it is really peaceful but easy to get to town for dinner etc. The rooms and kitchen all looked over the ocean, were clean and well maintained. Pietro was an excellent host and made everything simple. Even had a beautiful antipasti platter for us on arrival. Would visit again!

Alessandro's place was everything we expected and more, right on the seafront, with loads of fantastic restaurants, grocery store and few shops all on the doorstep. The Apartment, was peaceful, and had everything you need for a great holiday, home from home. Alessandro was great at recommendations, but as he said you can't go wrong with any of the restaurants and cafe's Giardini Naxos, is a really lovely place to stay, always felt safe walking around night or day, Taxi to Taormina costs 25 euro to beach 30 euro to the town, during the day but at night is around 40Euro So much to see and do on the island, which is absolutely stunning We used Sayonara Beach, Geovanni and staff were great too, great advice and not a rip off, they have a cafe and restaurant, with all the facilities needed for the day, and is only a five minute walk. Will definitely stay at Alessandro's place again and highly recommend.

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! Francesco received us very well, it was super attentive. For being first floor, I was worried about the noise, but I was able to sleep very well, it didn't get in the way

We spend wonderful week at Alfio's place. All good reviews are hundred percent correct. View is amazing! Flat is very clean and cosy. There is air conditioning for every room separately. It's everything what you need and even more. Flat is simple but everything is solid and good quality. The area is great. All aperitivo we had on the terrace was with amazing view, quiet area and we were really satisfied. Hosts are very helpful and were responding to us very fast :) We will go back for sure :) Grazie di cuore :)

It is as described in the pictures. The apartment is very close to the beach. That's great. At our time, there was a lot of construction work around the apartment and it was very loud. It is good to know that the terrace is visible to all neighbors on every side. Therefore, you have no privacy on the terrace. The accommodation is otherwise very clean and has plenty of space. The host Salvatore is very helpful and nice, everything worked out great.

We had a lovely stay at Chiara"s place. Swims in the morning and drinks on the balcony in the warm evenings. The apartment is very well appointed and tastefully decorated.

We were very pleased with our stay. Alessandro was very communicative, at check-in, in case of problems, when transferring our daughter to the airport. We enjoyed the small terrace very much, but it felt almost directly by the sea. We can only recommend the apartment. Volker and Iris

Daniele's apartment is at the far end of the Naxos bay a ten minute walk from the hussle and bussle of the beaches and beach side restaurants/traffic. It sits between a couple of small, independent hotels but for us, in mid-June, was very quiet and peaceful, and with a beautiful setting overlooking well kept gardens and the sea. Not much else to add to the other positive reviews.....it's a great, well-appointed, private and quiet apartment and not a bad place from which to explore the Messina region if you have a car. We certainly recommend!

Barbara was an excellent host and we loved her home: we rented the entire home for our family (adult kids and partners, plus my husband and I) and it was perfect for everyone. The house has a fantastic view of Isola Bella, stairs to the beach are just few steps from the house, and there’s a parking lot just across the street (if you are driving be ready for very narrow streets ;) with cars, scooters and people all together). Barbara was super friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful from the moment I booked and even more when we arrived. She communicated constantly with me. I highly recommend her place to feel at home waking up to a gorgeous, peaceful view. And there’s lot to do in Taormina and the surroundings. Fantastic trip, we already miss it …

Marcello is a great host and his holiday house is a hidden gem near Catania!!! We loved to eat breakfast outside and felt the real Sicilian experience! If you want to experience the region from Catania up to Taormina this place is the best place to chill and explore!!!

Very nice accommodation, the terrace is a dream and we felt very comfortable. You have everything you need.

We had a really lovely stay! The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace – perfect for breakfast or a relaxing evening drink. With the private access to the sea and the peaceful outdoor space, the place truly felt like an oasis. One downside was the noisy street, especially during weekend nights – something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to sound. We also really appreciated the free parking on the street – we were always able to find a spot nearby without any trouble. Salvatore was a great host: very friendly and helpful. His local tips were excellent – especially the restaurant recommendations, which were spot on! He also has a dog who is very friendly, though it did bark occasionally. All in all, a great place to stay that we would definitely recommend.

Alfio's apartment is very comfortable and has an extraordinary balcony-terrace. The sea views from above and the possibility of watching the sun set every evening made our stay truly unparalleled. The apartment is impeccable: clean, tidy and very well cared for. We especially appreciate the cleaning, personal hygiene and kitchen products provided, which made everything much easier. It also has its own parking in a common area, a few steps from the apartment, which is very practical. Alfio is a fantastic host: friendly and respectful. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Very beautiful house . And the location was spot on. You drink coffee hearing the peaceful sound of the sea.

The apartment is beautiful, exactly like the pictures, very contemporary with a balcony overlooking the sea at the front and a view of mount Etna at the back. The town, Stazzo, is a small Sicilian fishing village with few tourists. Although we don’t speak Italian, we were welcomed and found it to be a very friendly neighborhood with neighbours meeting on the seafront, passing the time of day with each other. It was lovely to see. When we were there the beaches were just starting to be converted for the summer season with wooden platforms being installed over the rocks but we were happy to swim and sunbathe on the many flat areas carved out on the rocks. All in all, it was a great base to explore the region, you will need a car but you can park right on front of the house, no problem.
