Early 1900s independent house on two floors, recently renovated, in the heart of the historic center of Spoltore. It overlooks one of the most picturesque squares in the village and consists of two large and bright bedrooms (one has a desk for working), a bathroom with a large window, a kitchen, a living room and a large equipped terrace. The house, furnished in style, is equipped with smart TV, Wi-Fi (fiber optic) suitable for smart working needs, air conditioners, washing machine.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Appartamento situato al secondo piano di un edificio adibito ad uso aziendale collocato in una zona molto tranquilla. L'alloggio è particolarmente luminoso e piuttosto accogliente. È composto da un salotto, una cucina, un bagno, una camera da letto matrimoniale ed una camera con due letti singoli. Dispone inoltre di un ampio terrazzo vivibile, perfetto per rilassarsi piacevolmente nelle calde serate d'estate. È possibile parcheggiare all'interno della proprietà.

La Taverna

Comfortable apartment in a central area. Private parking is available in front of the house and an exclusive garden equipped for friends and families. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a large living area equipped with: an electric oven, induction hob, fireplace and a practical sofa bed; a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The garden lights are scheduled to be turned off by 11:00 p.m., and unscheduled parties are not allowed.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
