Monthly Rentals in Santa Ynez

We stayed 2 nights. Loved the space, decor, quiet, ample parking for our sprinter van. The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to explore. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer!

As always Chrystine’s place was fabulous and so comfortable. My dog Stetson feels the same way and loves the backyard area. The cottage is walkable to downtown Santa Ynez for food and /or entertainment & it will take around 15 minutes or so to get there depending on your walking speed (-; . Los Olivos and Solvang are also close, just around a 10 minute drive away.

This is a lovely place to rejuvenate in the Santa Ynez area. It is located between Los Olivos and Santa Ynez so you cannot really walk to anywhere which was fine for us. The biking in the area was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Todd's place for 10 days recently and have great things to say about both him and his place! I am in and out of SY a fair amount, and Todd's place was an easy and pretty place to post up for the week, and I really loved coming back to this pretty neighborhood and having a stroll around it in the evenings. Todd has done a lovely job with this studio - it's new and spacious and airy and with really nice furnishings and pretty dish ware and I appreciated the full kitchen. The little patio was perfect for sitting outside and working on my laptop. Todd is a super nice guy and thoughtful host and I really enjoyed chatting with him when he was a around. One thing to know is that he sometimes rents the main house when he's gone, but I hardly noticed the other guests and you are separated from the main house by the garage, so each guest had their own space. Overall was a great place to spend time and I would come again!
