The house is the heart of a fascinating 50 hectares garden and has wide spaces equipped with seats and large umbrellas surrounded by olive trees, palms and other typical Mediterranean flora. The old building is reached by walking along a path, shaded by olive, almond and oak trees. Three spectacular terraces offer you a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Eolian islands and allow you to sunbathe during the day and watch the stars at night. The house has a very scenic swimming pool. It is amazing place if you look for relaxing outside the city.

The Piccolo Casale is a typical Sicilian baglio of the 16th/16th century consisting of a central courtyard surrounded by a succession of rooms which were partly used as an oil mill and warehouses and partly as a patronal house. The renovation that took place in the 90s left the structure and architecture of the Baglio intact, at the same time creating the essential comforts for the stay.
