Woodhouse ha una lunga storia che parte da prima del novecento, quando le case si costruivano in tufo, con i cortili interni e i giardini laterali dove coltivare arance e limoni. Più di 50 anni fa era la zona dell'edificio dove si usava stagionare il legno, oggi è un bilocale ideato e progettato per vivere nella luce, nello spazio libero, nell'amore dei piccoli dettagli. L'alloggio è al piano terra dell'edificio ed ha un patio esterno in condivisione con un altro monolocale (max 2 persone).
