Take a break from the rush of São Paulo within São Paulo! Do you need to come to or are you in SP for work? We did, too, so we built this nature retreat 20 minutes from SP. Our Tiny House was built in a magical place, overlooking a still intact reserve of springs and many trees, 15 km from the São Paulo Morumbi metro, 6 km from the Carapicuíba train, several buses and other facilities 500 meters away. We thought of everything, so that the construction would generate the least impact on nature.

This stylish 50m2 apt. located at Bela Vista, has 24hr doorman. 2 bedrooms (only 1 with AC, and queen bed, the second one is quite small and can be used as an office, fitting a double-sized sofa-bed) and 1 bathroom. With amazing views from every window, it is a great place to work and relax. The private jet tube at the balcony is a fantastic spot to enjoy the city views. Parking - cable/smart tv, fridge with ice maker, oven, wash&dryer, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and ultra fast internet.

Country house near SP, 15 minutes from Alphaville. Full of adult and children's leisure area, gourmet area with pizza oven, integrated rooms. Guest house and office. Near Madeiro ecoparada, Castelinho da Pamonha, Cacau Show factory and Catarina outlet. The house is 2 km from Castelo Branco, with access to paved and lighted streets! We have a cook and a maid to recommend. Houses are constantly fumigated to avoid bugs and insects. Check-in 4 p.m. Check-out 12 p.m.

Our stays are offered in 3-month seasons, according to the seasons of the year: spring, summer, autumn and winter. Holyhousebrazil wants the guest to experience the feeling of being close to nature, in the tranquility of Serra do Japi. For this reason, our accommodations do not have TV, and our target audience is couples. The intention is to take these days to talk, relax, read a good book and contemplate the Serra do Japi.

Casinha de Vila (closed, with gate) located in the heart of Pinheiros. A village house with private access, very safe, parking for up to two cars, pet & family friendly. To forget the madness of the city that never stops and feel as if you were in a beach house. There is a star monkey (white-tufted marmoset) who is wild and lives in the vicinity and occasionally likes to visit the house, affectionately known as Maurício.
