Country living at it’s best! Located 6 miles from Randolph , Ne. Quite , peaceful country style of living! Have a small pond on site for your viewing pleasure and relaxing times with a full swing set for the young at heart fun times! My shed is heated during the winter months! FYI The Loft bedroom and TV room are located upstairs from the kitchen (Please bring your own food for meals! ) and bathroom are on the bottom floor! Recently add washer and dryer system! Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!

We stayed here over a long weekend while visiting family in town. We had a large group, and this space was perfect for it. There are plenty of bedrooms, and they are spread out enough that you can get some privacy when desired. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the game area and hot tub were huge hits. You feel like you're in the woods (saw turkey and deer every day), but can be in Yankton in fifteen minutes. Would definitely stay here again. Only caveat would be that there are steps -if someone in your property can't do steps, probably not the right place.

We traveled to our hometown for graduations & a family picnic. Staying at The Haven made us feel like we were home, without actually being at home. It was nice to be close to all the family without feeling like we were incoveniencing anyone. We LOVED all the labels on the drawers, light switches & all of the secial notes around the house. The Haven is a cute little house that was just as described. We will definitely stay again the next time we need to travel back "home". Julie was great to work with as well. I needed to change our schedule to come in a day earlier than planned. Julie was super responsive & accomodating.

What a unique experience. Would recommend to anyone for a true Nebraska country experience. Peaceful to the point of provocative, even. Surreal to have your morning coffee on the front porch, for close-up birdwatching (including wild turkey), overlooking a beautiful pasture. We even got a soft, warm rain one morning. Bed is very comfortable. Everything we needed to stay as secluded as we wished. It was our blessing the have Patty as such a wonderful hostess!
