Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Santiago Metropolitan Region

This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

I felt right at home and safe, being a solo female traveler that is important!! Easy to walk everywhere and great restaurants all around you:) Comfortable beds and pillows are an added plus ! Excellent apartment, it has everything you need, I felt at home. Close to Hernando de Magallanes subway station, line 01, convenience stores and supermarkets. All very clean and organized. Irene was always very kind and attentive. I highly recommend it!

The space is ideal for two people and delivers exactly what it promises. The bed is very soft, perfect for those who like the most cuddly mattress. The balcony is one of the great highlights: it has a beautiful view and is a delicious place to relax. Even though it is close to several bars and close to the Bela Vista Courtyard, the flat is surprisingly quiet, which ensured great nights of sleep. The location is great and the neighborhood conveys a lot of security. The building has extremely polite and caring gatekeepers, who have helped us with everything we need. There is a laundry room with washer and dried (paid aside), which was super useful in our stay. The kitchen has the basics necessary to do well in everyday life.

We recommend this place! Mabel and Carina are very kind, the apartments are dreamy, decorated with the smallest detail, you can tell that there is love in that place, they thought of everything! The kitchen is very well equipped, it has everything you need, it has laundry detergent, shampoo, soap... etc The decoration of the place is very nice, the details, very cozy! very good location, you can walk, there are many restaurants, parks, close to everything! 100% recommended, we would return to this wonderful place :) definitely a nice experience in this place :)

The apartment is beautiful, bright and spacious, just like in the photos. The place is silent, the impeccable cleanliness, the super comfortable room and the very comfortable bed. Also, The kitchen is very well equipped. I would definitely stay here again and it's worth mentioning that Sam is very attentive, incredibly kind, generous and very clear.

Truly a wonderful place. Ideal for disconnecting and resting. There is a part of the road that is not good, but everything else is impeccable. Both Segio (host) and Denisse, who was the one who welcomed us, were very kind. The house is comfortable, spacious, well-equipped and very nice. Totally recommended.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were 6, very comfortable and happy.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. The house is wonderful, just a little far. It was difficult to book tours, but as there were 7 of us, we booked a van for us.

I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, it made me feel welcome. Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, also in the house it feels a sociable and friendly environment. As a hostess she was excellent, she was always attentive to what she needed and was understanding with me.

I came from Brazil to Chile, and I stayed a few days at Roberto's, very solicitous! and his accommodations exactly as in the photos of the listing, extremely unique to see the Andes mountains in the room. I recommend it to my Brazilian brothers who want to come.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

The apartment is very well equipped, in good maintenance condition and very impeccable, the location is central, no annoying noises were heard in the place and the elevator is expeditious, the concierges are very attentive and provide a feeling of security.

We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!
