A 75 m2 house distributed over three levels and featuring a separate kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. It is an old building that has been completely renovated and equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances, dishes, bed linens, and towels. It has a closed patio with access from the kitchen to relax or eat outside and a balcony overlooking the street.

Our house is located next to the town of La Vega, in an oak forest with beautiful views of the mountains, the river and the valley. La Vega is the capital of the municipality and has a municipal swimming pool, bars, inn, pharmacy, playground, clinic and ATM.
