This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

What a lovely time my family and I had at Jennifer and Tim's home in the capital! The home was massive, accommodating my large family, and very centrally located (walking distance) to the Colonial Zone, and we all felt very safe at all times. The home was was very beautiful with a lovely terrace with jacuzzi, seating area and BBQ. The rooms each had their own bathroom which I cannot stress enough how convenient that was! Ariella (the person responsible for accommodating guests) was SUPER responsive along with Celeste, and both were just the sweetest!! Jennifer and Tim were also incredibly responsive and fantastic hosts!! I will absolutely be back!

This is my 5th time staying at this location. Ali the attendant is God sent, he is always available and very accommodating to guest. Will always recommend this place to family and friends.

Anna made accommodations for me , and 4 other guests at the last minute. She prompt and effective. Also our flight was delayed and she gave us a late check out. I will be back to see Anna!

This place is amazing. Great location, the host is excellent, she was always there answering our questions promptly, we needed the location for an earlier time and she was able to accommodate us without a problem. The pool is beautiful, will definitely come back soon.

Absolutely amazing I 100 percent recommend this stay If I return to Santo Domingo I would stay here again I stayed with 2 friends and it was more than enough space for the 3 of us when you are inside you feel like you are at a private beautiful paradise the setting of the interior of the house and the pool is very Appealing to the eye and many places to relax in privacy from other guests. Only a few minutes walk from the boardwalk strip with many restaurants and small shops also Supermarcado national is close by for any groceries you will need. Jorge and Josefina were both absolutely amazing hosts and they are very responsive and helpful. I bought groceries and when Josefina came by she offered to cook for us which was very generous and well appreciated. Jorge was very responsive throughout the trip no matter the time of day and very resourceful with recommendations and things to do nearby. I left credit cards behind and returned to the states Jorge assured that it was returned to me

We have stayed here multiple times and the hosts are always proactive and reaching out to make sure we are ok. It gets a loud in the community on the weekends, but we know it and still choose to stay here.

Visit the place unfortunately just for one night with my friends, but luckily wonderful stay everything looks exactly as it is in the photos, the attention was incredible 1000/1000 my friends enjoyed it and so did I, the attention of the staff in charge was extremely punctual and attentive and everything was equipped to receive the number of people Máximo thank you very much for absolutely everything I will definitely return!!✨

A VERY convenient location, only steps from morning coffee, great restaurants and even famous historical sites. 4-6 minute walk to water views, and somehow all in a quiet, restive place. This is the perfect place to rent in Santo Domingo.

This stay was wonderful! We were a group of 12 and were able to make everything work comfortably. Manuel was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. The only minor issue we encountered was with the hot water, which wasn’t working during our stay. However, everything else was great! One of the biggest highlights was having a car included with the house—it was a huge plus and made getting around and running errands so much easier. Thank you again for the hospitality!
