Interamente ristrutturata , seguendo un restauro conservativo anche nel recupero di arredi ed elementi di barche dismesse, utilizzati in maniera funzionale all’interno della casa. 30 km from Sciacca and the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento on the Gulf of Eraclea Minoa, in a hilly position but a short distance from the beautiful beach of Bovo Marina, stands a beautiful house-court from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. From the living room window, the view runs from Torre Salsa beach (nature reserve) to Capo Bianco. Bovo Marina beach is not very crowded even in the middle of summer.

Mortillina is a 40sm house, with a king size bed bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom. It is built on a suspended terrace with a stunning view on the valley, the mountains and on the background Raffadali village. Moreover the guests have free access to the main house pool few mt from Mortillina. The pool is shared with the guests of the main house (max 8 people).

The house is spartan, but equipped with everything. It is suitable for sea lovers who love to hear the sound and smell its scent, get up in the morning and immediately take a dip in crystal clear water, in a bay among the rocks for mainly personal use.
