Listen to the sound of the sea, the waves with everything close by, walk, pedal, exercise, enjoy nautical leisure or work in the home office, have safety nets on all windows and being able to have your pet around is just too good!

Casa de 4 quartos (2 suítes) bastante ampla e arejada, com churrasqueira e piscina. Localizada em condomínio fechado na Praia de Pernambuco. Da casa até a entrada da praia são 850 metros. Local tranquilo e familiar, não são permitidas festas ou outros eventos. A casa acomoda idealmente 8 adulto e é permitida a permanencia de pets (com taxa), para mais de 8 adultos contactar no chat! Será necessário enviar o nome e documento de todos os hóspedes para que a entrada no condomínio seja liberada.

The apartment is on the third floor in a building without an elevator. The building has no doorman, no swimming pool and no barbecue. It has a kayak that can be rented separately on Guaiuba Beach!

The condominium's security is of a high standard. The condominium has a restaurant for the tenants, a fitness center, a tennis court and a soccer field. It is located on the Bertioga Channel, with an exit to the sea.
