I had a great stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. The building was safe and accessible. Allan was a great host, always responsive and accommodating. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great Studio. We were delighted, the bed is wonderful, the TV is huge and with impressive quality.

The environment is really as described in the advertisement (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety... there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

The house is wonderful, super comfortable, clean and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hostess was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact, always ready to help with any questions. We had only one mishap at check-in, as the family who stayed before us delayed their departure, which made us wait a while to get in. However, the host was very solicitous and did her best to minimize the impact, which we highly value. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely be back!

The stay with Rafael was very good, well organized and agile information. At night, many ants appeared and because the bed was on the floor, it was a little worrying, but there was an insecticide available that helped to control them and avoid problems.

The house is as described, but we had difficulty getting to the location. The address did not take us to the correct place, I had to contact Karina so she could send me the correct one. I could have been advised a day before (I tried to ask in the chat 1 day before and had no response). Another setback was the internet at the location, there was not much signal and Wi-Fi did not work, which was very bad. The bathtub didn't work and since it was cold, the showers didn't have enough hot water to bathe.

I felt at home, beautiful furniture, all the decorated space, fragrant flowers, all with great quality. Towels and Smell linen, gentle, welcoming care, concerned about our well-being. I highly recommend it!
