What a joy to be able to return to this apartment! My second experience was as incredible as the first, if not better. Attention to detail is remarkable, especially the impeccable cleanliness of the entire space. I was impressed by the perfection of the windows in the bedrooms and the balcony, without any stains at all.

The stay was great, really close to the subway, the house is well equipped, I just missed a frying pan (I don't know if there was one and I couldn't find it). José was great from the start! I saw a comment talking about cockroach babies, and in fact, they exist, but I don't think it's related to cleaning. We arrived and the house was fragrant and tidy, only the shower stall was a little dirty, but nothing that bothered us. I recommend it.

The appartment is amazing! 180° panoramic view of the city center, inspiring decor and lighting. Ideal for couples and for photo shoots. I already know where to stay when I return to SP!

Unhappily I couldn't stay in the place, however Fernanda was always willing to resolve my concerns, I hope to stay someday in this beautiful place.

Excellent accommodation. A fully integrated and functional apartment. A highlight was the staff at the Condominium Entrance, who are kind, polite and helpful.

We were very well received, the place is beautiful and quiet, nor does it seem like it is in são paulo kkk. Great for BBQ, sunbathing, relaxing in the bathtub, the kitchen has everything you need, the room has air conditioning. It has a very complete market on the corner. We hope to come back more often <3

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

Apartment very well located, sensational view, all very new and preserved. By entering the apto you already feel something very good and think: the stay will be top. And it really was. Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Extremely cozy place and matches the photos. Returning to SP, he will certainly be sought again.

The stay in Roseli's apartment was sensational. Impeccable, organized and exactly as advertised, in addition to having everything we needed - kitchen items, living room, comfortable bedroom and a very calm environment. Roseli was always available if we needed anything or if we had any questions, and made us very comfortable with the stay. We will definitely come back more often! 🫶🏻
