The apartment is beautifully-decorated and offers a balcony with an amazing view over the Atlantic Ocean. Home sweet Home!

The house enjoys excellent exposure to sunlight and is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and another room without a window, each room has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, has two bathrooms and a dining room. It has a balcony all around the house, a huge garden with barbecue and interior space for two cars. The lower part of the house is permanently rented, but only the outside entrance is shared.

Well-decorated, sophisticated apartment, with a good view, and with all the necessary amenities. Very comfortable beds! Everything we used worked properly. Clean and modern bathrooms. The only issue we have to point out is that it is not possible to watch Portuguese channels on TV, not even the open national channels. For a family, it makes a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment.

We had an amazing stay at Sandra's Airbnb in Espinho! Sandra was an excellent host, very communicative and enthusiastic. She was flexible with our arrival time, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. Additionally, the train to Aveiro and Porto are conveniently close. We highly recommend Sandra's place to anyone looking for a great stay in Espinho!

We had a very pleasant stay with our two teenagers. The apartment is accessible by train from Porto and the Granja train station is a 2-minute walk away. We had access to the very large pretty garden (with everything you need to make a wood-fired BBQ) that overlooks the beach and loved eating meals on the terrace overlooking the beach. The view is breathtaking, especially the sunset. The fishing village is 15 minutes' walk away, along the wooden path on the beach, we bought lobster, crabs and a big fish, a real treat. The beach for swimming is 15 min walk to the south, with a cafe/restaurant next door. Bruno was very responsive and we didn't miss anything. Finally, the kitchen is super well-equipped. One point to improve: it would be nice to put rugs in the bedrooms and living room because the apartment is quite cool. In summary, a great value for the money and recommended.
