The accommodation is great, in a great location, in quiet and quiet streets. Communication with Adriane was very quiet, and she even offered to stay another day as we took a few days of rain... The house is great and super served for us that we were in 5, but it would fit up to 8 with the mattresses that left... I recommend to everyone who wants a place with great cost benefit in São francisco ;)

The accommodation was very much as we expected. The hosts were polite and helpful and the space was very nice. It is a very beautiful house, well equipped for short stays, in a beautiful property with a view of the bay. The hosts live right there, in front of the bnb, and have two dogs and a very friendly cat. The location met our expectations, which was a place of peace and tranquility. It is a fishing village, with many locals, so it's like being in a little town inland. For those looking for different beaches, restaurants, nightlife, etc., it is not a good option. As our case was the opposite, we liked it a lot. The only points of the location are that the access is not so simple and that there are no beaches that are good for bathing nearby. The vibe is more to stay on the waterfront looking at the scenery. Knowing these points, I recommend the stay.

The Sobradinho Vermelho is a charming, cozy and bright place. We were super comfortable and very well accommodated. The yard is beautiful and the location near the beach is a show! We were also able to appreciate the caiçara culture in the casting of the net for mullet fishing. The weekend was perfect!❤️🙌🏼

Casa marvellous! We spent a holiday of peace and rest, the house has modern and cozy infrastructure, there is absolutely nothing missing. Great play area (pool, lawn, deck) the children had fun in contact with nature. I highly recommend!

The stay was excellent. Near the beach. Half a block walking and was already in the sea. Quiet place. Family atmosphere. All spacious rooms. Elevador. Garage and Comfort. No squeezing or stumbling on people inside the lodging. I recommend it. I will stay again if possible.

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is perfect! Well organized, functional, well-equipped kitchen and the paramount size! The high point is the view!!! We almost feel our foot in the sand while sitting on the balcony. The location is great because it has very close services, such as market, pharmacy, ice cream... and at the same time it is a calm beach, with a lot of space for walking, contemplation and for those who enjoy tranquility. Communication with Maurina was always very good and agile, she is a great host. I highly recommend this stay!

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! the best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, the game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We will definitely come back more and more often!

Well-located apartment, comfortable, clean, with all infrastructure, split in all environments, many utensils, everything working. Close to the cove beach, bars, shops, market, bakery, we didn't need to use the car for almost anything. Flexible key delivery, no bureaucracy. The host always answered my questions. At the last minute, my parents went along, I told Fabio, who made an exception to the number of guests without changing the daily rate. I only have compliments and thanks. The beach is beautiful, calm sea, warm water, many places to visit. It's also very close to the beach, you can walk there.

Super helpful host. Perfect accommodation making me and my family feel at home. Spacious, clean, with security and garage. When we return to visit relatives, we already know where we will stay because everything was perfect. I highly recommend it. ❤️
