Holiday rentals with a fireplace in São Francisco River

Extremely polite and receptive hosts. We were shown the property, the neighborhood, made us comfortable. We were with 2 small children and local is super appropriate. Very quiet, ample space for them to run and play. The view is sensational. Super recommend.

Wellington's house is simply charming! The atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable that we feel at home from the first moment - it even makes us want to stay. This was the second time I stayed there, and it certainly won't be the last! Wellington and his partner are incredible hosts: attentive, friendly and do everything with great affection.

Spotless hosting We had a great experience at Claudia's home. Since her first contact, she was super attentive and thoughtful. The house was impeccably clean, well organized and with super-smelling towels that already left us at ease on arrival. You can see the affection with which she prepares everything! The barbecue area stayed for a next visit — it deserved more time to be used calmly. 😄 We recommend with eyes closed!

Valdeci is an extremely flexible, polite and proactive host. We spent incredible days at the house, in person it is even more amazing. The house is wonderful, a very well organized and well used space, clean and fragrant environments, not to mention how Edimar and Delma are meticulous, with fragrant bed linen, a quick snack available and a loving message, for me, I didn't even want to leave the house. It is well worth visiting the Casa do Edimar e Delma.

The house is excellent and very well located, close to the village, you can walk quietly, even at night. The space was pristinely clean and well organized. Bed linen was super-smelling, and both the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Quiet Local and with excellent wifi sign, I was able to work smoothly every day I stayed. The view from the room to the mountain is simply indescribable — a real gift upon waking up. Carol was super solicitous from the start, quickly responded to all the messages and still gave us the tip of Sunday's fair, which is wonderful! There are a lot of good things to see and eat also rs. I highly recommend this home and hope to return to Vale do Capão soon to stay in this paradise again. My congratulations also to Paulo who received us super well and gave several hints of trails. I recommend it to everyone!

I highly recommend and I will definitely be back. It was an amazing experience! 5/5 stars. Total privacy in a space with a spectacular view, super clean and organized; the bed and bath linens are new and of great quality. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary utensils. Amenities and some treats surprised me positively on arrival.

This is the second time we've stayed at Tatiana's house and everything was clean and comfortable. The stay was quiet and pleasant, the house has everything we need and Tatiana is always very kind and polite, answering our questions quickly. Whenever possible, we will return. I highly recommend it.

I stayed for 14 days and had a great experience during my stay. The apartment is cozy, well taken care and exactly as in the pictures. I felt very comfortable every day. The host Patrícia was super attentive, always available to help with any questions and made everything easier. I highly recommend it and would certainly stay here again!

Excellent apartment with a very good location, in the staff, many restaurants, markets, pharmacies within walking distance. Although the building is old, it is still very modern, a gym with good treadmills and suitable for a quick workout. It has a swimming pool and saunas, but we don't go there. Leonardo has well-written rules. I think it would be interesting to change the key to an electronic lock, the current one is very difficult to open.

Amazing place, super cozy, spacious, it is between Praia do Forte and Imbassaí, you can visit any of these places easily, very clean and organized place, Josué and his wife are very friendly. We loved the stay, we will definitely be back.

The apartment is very comfortable, the bed, the linens and the shower are great, the kitchen is well equipped, it has a good washing machine and clothesline. It has a hammock on the balcony (which I loved), it gets the morning sun and is well ventilated, in addition to having air conditioning and covered parking. The location is very good and the host is attentive and helpful. I recommend it and I would definitely stay at Giselle's place again.

We had a great stay and experience with Geraldo and Liliane. We rented the house for a quiet reveillon with our family and the experience couldn't have been better. Check-in was smooth, communication was quick and assertive. The house is magnificent, we arrived and everything was clean and tidy, the bathrooms clean and an amazing view. If you want a quiet experience, to relax and enjoy, I strongly suggest this stay. The place is very quiet and the house and kitchen are equipped with all you need. During the stay, Geraldo was promptly at their disposal for any needs we had.

We booked with this place because the place is simply fantastic. The pictures really don't do the house justice – it's an oasis of peace, with an eye for detail in everything, both in and around the house. It offers plenty of privacy and is maintained and cleaned with a lot of care and love by "the neighbors" – a somewhat older couple that we only saw for a while in the five days we were here. The description says there are two dogs, but we only saw one (Yoeri). And what a sweetheart! A quiet, gentle dog who hasn't barked at all during that time. The area is beautiful, but keep in mind that it is about a 15-minute drive to the nearest village, half of which runs on a road that is not very easy to walk. Still, it was fine – we didn't need a 4x4. Precisely that secluded location gives the place that special feeling of silence and tranquility. In short: we'd love to come back!

The accommodation is worth the investment, very quiet and cozy, the condominium has a wonderful sea view (I recommend going to the viewpoint near the residence). It is very ventilated as it sits on the cliff facing the sea, the moonrise was surreal. The children loved it. The experience was better than I imagined and both the host(Marc) and the lady who received us (Elisangela) gave us all the support we needed to have a wonderful experience, grateful for everything. We'll be back soon.

It's a very special place. If you really like nature, you will love it. Close to the sea and surrounded by nature: the sound of the cicadas at sunset. You live the rhythm of nature, the tide comes to the door of the spacious garden and when it retires, you find a spacious beach in front of the door, usually visited only by you. The village of Morro de Sao Paulo, the international tourist highlight with well-attended beaches, restaurants, bars, discos and all kinds of shopping, is half an hour's walk from the house, following the beach to the east. If you follow the beach in the other direction for 8 minutes, you will find less sophisticated bars and restaurants, and in another 20 minutes you will reach the village of Gamboa with small supermarkets and restaurants on the beach. Jose from the Canary Islands, who speaks fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese, looks after the house and grounds and has been very helpful in all situations.

New and well-preserved house, very well-preserved and quality kitchen utensils, full kitchen, bed linen and bath towels were excellent. Description and photos presented reflect reality. Pleasant space, we will return more often.
