The apartment comfortably accommodates four adults and two children. We do not accept extra guests, as the Condominium Agreement only allows a maximum of 6 people per apartment. It is well located, being close to Parque das Águas, about 350 meters away, as well as bars, restaurants and all the shops that will facilitate your stay. The building is family-friendly, offering 24-hour doorman, elevators, intercom, Wi-Fi in the apartment and common area, and an internal garden. See the network and password at the entrance.

Sua família vai estar perto de tudo ao ficar neste lugar bem-localizado, 5min a pé do centro de São Lourenço, porém em rua tranquila. Quarto com cama de casal e possibilidade de colocar um colchão de solteiro. Sala com sofá-cama, televisão, mesa com dois bancos para fazerem as refeições. A cozinha é equipada de microondas, cafeteira, panela elétrica (grande), liquidificador, frigobar e sanduicheira. (Não temos fogão!) Banheiro novo, todo reformado. Wifi de 320MB disponível e televisão.

Spacious apartment, great for families or groups. Very close to Parque das Águas (6-minute walk), a pizzeria on the corner and a supermarket on the same block. Close to restaurants and a craft fair less than 5 minutes away. Kitchen items - complete! Pots, dishes, etc. Bed and bath linens. Everything complete for the family! Enjoy the best of the water circuit with convenience and comfort! Note: There is no child safety net on the windows.
