It is well located, being close to Parque das Águas, about 350 meters away, as well as bars, restaurants and all the shops that will facilitate your stay. Sua família vai estar perto de tudo ao ficar neste lugar bem-localizado, 5min a pé do centro de São Lourenço, porém em rua tranquila. Quarto com cama de casal e possibilidade de colocar um colchão de solteiro. Sala com sofá-cama, televisão, mesa com dois bancos para fazerem as refeições. A cozinha é equipada de microondas, cafeteira, panela elétrica (grande), liquidificador, frigobar e sanduicheira. (Não temos fogão!) Banheiro novo, todo reformado. Wifi de 320MB disponível e televisão.

Spacious apartment, great for families or groups. Very close to Parque das Águas (6-minute walk), a pizzeria on the corner and a supermarket on the same block.
