The apartment is great, clean, new and organized. It is very good to have bed and bath linen, liquid soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms, a hair dryer and an iron. All of this makes a difference. The location is good. Overall we love it.

Her daughter, Carmen, was also very helpful and friendly, making us feel very comfortable at the accommodation. She is not part of the accommodation...lol and she does not stay in the glass house, but she is very affectionate and a sweet darling. We love her. I absolutely adored my stay! The airbnb was so cozy and welcoming, the decor gives such a peaceful vibe. The outside patio area is perhaps the most stunning place to just relax, read book, or enjoy a meal at the table. I booked this place to celebrate my 25th birthday with a solo trip. Safety, comfort, and the location were my biggest priorities and this place delivered above and beyond my expectations on all three. Dona Nice helped me the check-in and check-out and she is the most lovely and kind person. She was so flexible and helpful when I explained that I'd be arriving later than expected. Great communication and hospitality!! I am definitely planning on coming again because I adored exploring Ubatuba and getting to come back to such a beautiful and relaxing place at the end of the day. I'm so glad that I spent the weekend here, this has definitely been my favorite airbnb stay! Thank you so much :)

Wonderful apartment, everything perfect, brand new as advertised... Markets and restaurant close to the place... only the deck at the top was under maintenance, but you could use the pool normally... Samantha always responded quickly... we thank you and will be back soon

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn't have much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.

The location of the apartment is excellent- in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is even a police station nearby The kitchen is excellent and has everything!! When we asked to extend the stay there was a quick response from the hosts. The apartment is very well decorated and we loved it very much. Point for improvement- the linens were not very clean and following a plant in the kitchen came ants. But unequivocally all other things are great
