Five minutes from the beaches and ten from the center of Ponta Delgada, the house is located in an excellent location to discover the whole island. Besides, there is a minimarket 50 meters away and Continente supermarket just a 5-minute drive away.

Located in Fajã de Baixo, about 4 km from Ponta Delgada city center, it offers a peaceful and authentic setting. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and may be adjusted subject to availability. The house was degraded, in ruins and was recovered by us during 2015.
