Nothing better than a breakfast overlooking the sea, is there?☀️ Take a few days to relax in this airy apartment, with a gourmet balcony, charcoal barbecue, American cuisine, spacious retractable sofa with 60” smart TV. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one suite) both with a double bed, and 3 extra mattresses. The building is in an excellent location 60 meters from the beach, close to bakeries, markets, pharmacies and VLT. Condominium with security, 24-hour concierge and fixed garage!

Close to restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets and the city's main beaches. Ape features air conditioning, 350Mb Wi-Fi, 55” TV with open channels and Netflix, complete trousseau, comfortable bed and sofa bed, full kitchen, plus a dining table with a breathtaking view.
