Cozy apartment in the upscale neighborhood of São Vicente-Itarare on Praia dos Milionários, fully assembled and equipped, with high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed and bath linens, fantastic sea view, foot in the sand, high floor, beautiful sunset, panoramic view of the Bay and suspension bridge, close to diverse shops such as restaurants, bars, convenience stores, supermarkets, bakery, laundry, kiosks etc..., parking space subject to availability on the date. A unique experience!!!

The room features a cozy bed with a textured blue coverlet. A wall-mounted television is positioned opposite, with a dining table and stools offering a view of the sunset over the ocean through a large window.

Beautiful apartment located in the best region of São Vicente, overlooking the sea and standing on the sand. We offer a parking space near the location. Close to restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets and the city's main beaches. Ape features air conditioning, 350Mb Wi-Fi, 55” TV with open channels and Netflix, complete trousseau, comfortable bed and sofa bed, full kitchen, plus a dining table with a breathtaking view. Tell me, isn't it a delight to spend some time?

Top Studio on Quadra da Praia with air-conditioning

Excellent Studio on the beach block, less than 100 meters. Close to Brisamar shopping mall, Extra Supermarket of President Wilson and Biquinha, close to the famous Gaudio Restaurant, bars, bakeries, pharmacies, banks and kiosks, all within easy walking distance. The building has a 24-hour concierge, in a great location and safe. IT DOES NOT HAVE A GARAGE, but there are parking lots nearby and parking spaces on the street, which is not a blue zone.

Apartamento tipo sala living, bem iluminado e arejado, com varanda espaçosa e vista para o mar em frente à Praia do Gonzaguinha em São Vicente. Portaria 24h e 1 vaga de estacionamento. Nas acomodações dispomos de ar condicionado split, quarto com cama de casal separado por porta de correr e um closet. Fornecemos roupa de cama e toalhas de rosto.
