Studio at the top of Porchat Island, the most famous island on the coast! The condominium has a 24-hour guardhouse, with all security and amenities. The apartment has a privileged view of the Santos and São Vicente bay. Fantastic sunrise view! Comfortable, renovated, decorated apartment, equipped with appliances, kitchen utensils and cabinets. It has a double bed and a sofa bed that accommodates an adult well. It is close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Covered garage.
