It features a game room and a parking space. The place is very quiet but 3 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is 4 km from Itaúna Beach (capital of Surfing) and 4 km from CBV. Our space is on the main street of Itaúna, in front of the beach, at the Casa da Praia Beach Club. Close to the main beach clubs and restaurants, less than 300 meters from where the Brazilian stage of the World Surf League (WSL) takes place. The building is not “on the sand.” To access the beach, you must use the public access (3 min walk) or the beach clubs (you do not need to consume to access the beach through them). It does not have air conditioning, but it is well ventilated and cool.
