There is a cozy living room with satellite tv; a games room with darts and snookers and a beautiful kitchen with a balcony boasting stunning views of the ocean. A property that is "your beach house on Itaúna beach." The setting of the master suite makes up the second floor with privileged views. The others decorate the garden. It has monitoring and a housekeeper. We partner with a chef who creates dining experiences of your choice. If you do not need all the suites, the price can be reduced. Reservations of 1 to 2 nights are subject to bed linen and cleaning fees. On weekends, the price is different. Water has a quota and energy is separate.

All spaces are rented to only 1 guest. There are 5 rooms all on the ground floor, with a beautiful pool, 5 minutes from the beach and the lagoon, on a very quiet and safe street with good lighting. Close to the city center, 6 minutes on foot from Boqueirao Beach, 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot from Vila Beach. Essential shopping nearby, being able to do everything without using a car. Children and animals live in complete harmony with nature.
