Holiday rentals with a pool in Saquarema

We spent more than a month in the space and had a great stay. The residence is located within a very quiet condominium. Well located, close to the beach. It could have more comfortable chairs (they are plastic benches and there are only two with backrests) to give more comfort to those who, like us, work in the home office. The shower in the suite doesn't heat up much either, but we only had a few cold days, so it wasn't a problem. The host is very helpful. I recommend it!

At first I thought it would be very far from Itaúna, but I was surprised, I thought it was close, I even thought it was better than staying in Itaúna, a very quiet, calm place, great for resting. The house was well arranged, and the space is very good for those who go with friends. Pedro was a great host, I'll be back more often!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the pool – crystal clear, perfectly maintained, and the ideal spot to relax during the day or unwind in the evening. The host Vanessa was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of – from extra towels to pool floats and even a welcome delicious cake. Whether you’re looking to relax by the water, cook a great meal in a fully equipped kitchen inside and outside or just enjoy a peaceful getaway, this place has it all. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next trip back! Highly, highly recommend – 5 stars across the board!

the property is excellent for families who want safety and space. Large rooms inside a condo with excellent facilities. local with great ventilation. Pool and barbecue outside the condominium.

Apartment near the beach, has all the utensils for a great stay, it is very large and comfortable.

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

Jorge and his wife were very attentive from the beginning, making check-in flexible both on arrival and departure, and always available for what we needed... the accommodation is very good, comfortable and private, beach house style and about 150 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the market... close to good restaurants and shopping area... I certainly recommend it.

The kitchen is super complete, with everything brand new and impeccably clean. The room is cozy, with a very comfortable sofa and a great TV to relax. The bathroom is spacious, with an excellent shower. And the room… simply sensational! The bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly and there is also a desk, ideal for those who need to work or study a little. Bed linen, towels and household items were all clean and well cared for, which made all the difference in our stay. great location, everything matches the ad, Denis guided us on tours, fast food, even the city show that was celebrating its birthday, super attentive, incredible place, I highly recommend both the accommodation and the beaches, the city. Arraial do Cabo, I will definitely return.
