Villa Franca is located about 850 meters above sea level and overlooks a balcony on the Mercure Valley surrounded from east to south by the Pollino chain. The house has a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a fireplace complete with appliances, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large porch, and an outdoor barbecue. The apartment is on the ground floor. It was the old house of my grandparents, whom they built with their own hands with the support (solidarity) of the women of the village. They bore on their heads the stones that make up the structure of the wall. The reward? Dances and wine all night. Self-taught organist, my grandfather played and my grandmother welcomed all people. A beautiful energy remains in each stone ... It will be a pleasure to share all this with you.

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
