Beautiful, cozy two-room apartment overlooking the sea with a terrace. The apartment is located in a prestigious area near the central embankment. There are many restaurants, cafes, meat shops, and supermarkets nearby. Within walking distance is the central market with plenty of local fruits, vegetables and seafood. The house was built in 2018. Premium class renovation. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all household appliances and utensils, Wi-Fi, air conditioners and private underground parking. We are waiting for you!

The view from the balcony is full and unlimited! The apartment is located on the fifth floor but there is no elevator!Area around dhe apartament is very beatiful, quiet,safe!

You have also full access to the backyard to stay and relax, or children to play around.
