Beautiful and clean accommodation in Sarandë. Location is a little tricky to locate and difficult to access but otherwise no downsides. The Host is easily accessible and responds within minutes. The property is sparkling clean and new. Everything in the description can be found in the property. Overall, definitely recommended in terms of quality/price ratio!

Andrea was very helpful and the place was lovely, we would definitely stay again if we are in Ksamil. The accommodation had a lovely pool that looked over the mountains and could see the sea, local bars and restaurants were also great, with good bus links to Sarande and Butrint!

Upon arrival in the village we thought... when opening the fence a lovely house. It is nice and quiet and the house sparkling clean A good location for trips to Butrint, blue eye and Gjirokaster. There discovered a top restaurant where we ate 2x and also as a vegetarian it was a freestyle. Go do this: The Barrels Ms. There you will eat among the grapevines overlooking the chickens . Every evening and morning a flock of sheep through the street, also super nice and wonderful that village feeling. The host was flexible and responded quickly to our questions. If you like peace and still authentic, we definitely recommend it. Which was also nice, the downstairs neighbor greeted us every day when we went out with Hey Hey Kalimera. And she was super proud that we took a photo of her. All in all, it was a nice stay

We needed a place to stay for one night ..so we started looking at the last minute .. booked they paid, we arrived there relatively easily to the intersection could use a sign.. 😊😊 but the guests in the backyard were very nice , nice , friendly .. the💙 accommodation completely matched the photos, it was clean, quiet .. we totally got what we needed.. thank you very much Dominik 😉😊

The apartment is located right next to the bus stop and around 10-15 minutes walking to the nearest boulevard with many food places and supermarkets around. We got the chance to stay in different beaches and restaurants and went to all of them by walking. The room was clean and the host was very kind especially that they put two bottles of water for us in the fridge before we arrived. They were also very cooperative about check out time as we needed to leave later. I highly recommend it.

If you’re looking for a beautiful stay in an amazing location look no further. Manjola was a great host and our time here was a 10/10.

Very good housing! The owner have is everything, from atuir to take a shower to everything to clean and cook. The road to the hi use is a surf road, but its very easy and safe as long as you drive slower.

Our family stayed for 3 nights at Ardi’s. It is located in a gated community complex on the pristine Green Coast. The place was clean, new furnishings and spacious - great bathrooms as well. There was ample parking and outdoor space. About 5 minutes walk to the beaches with a super clean public beach and about 7-10 beach clubs lined along the coast. The beach had some of the clearest waters I’ve ever been in and waters were relatively calm. Pebble beaches so water shoes are recommended. We came in September a little outside of peak season so some of the restaurants were closed/didn’t have all food available - but it’s a developing area (lots of new complexes and shops being built) so I’m sure will get busier/lively as time goes by even in off season. You could rent a golf cart or there are golf cart shuttles available if you have accessibility issues (my grandma can’t walk very far) to get to the beaches. Ardi was very responsive and helpful when communicating. Great stay.

Very clean accommodations and house was exactly as described. Beautiful views! If you are not familiar with the area you should try to arrive with daylight. We arrived at night in a rainstorm, and it was very difficult to navigate up the narrow two way street up the mountain to get to the property.

Alisa’s place was wonderful! Beautiful location, the two restaurants near the house were delicious with the loveliest owners and super affordable. The house was peaceful and well equipped and Alisa was a dedicated and wonderful host. Worth noting that it’s a bit of a steep and rocky walk from the car park to the car, but only a few minutes walk. It couldn’t have been more perfect for our girls trip. Thank you Alisa!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the accommodation very much. The pool, the large living area and the beautiful terrace invited you to linger. The view directly onto the sea was gigantic. We didn't miss anything.

Very lovely villa and a friendly host who was quick to answer any questions I had. The location is good and right on dyrmades beach, the main dhermi beach is too far to walk but only a 5 min taxi (€10). The villa is not very well equipped, e.g. there were no glasses for water and no cushions for the sunbeds, but other than that everything was very good. the pool is not heated so would be hard to use outside of summer, but it's beautiful when hot, the water is fresh with not much chlorine and still very clean.

We had the best time. The villa was beautiful. The surroundings were gorgeous, the space was clean, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this villa and would stay there again in future trips.

The villa was simply beautiful, very well maintained and consistent with the photos. The setting was perfect to relax. Hosts were very available, attentive and always responsive to our needs. We feel that they are really attentive to every detail to ensure a great stay. I highly recommend it!
