great new and well-served studio accommodation, exceptional for 2 people. The owners respond immediately and is very available for anything always without being intrusive nearby. There are shops provided with a little bit of groceries. l car and parked in front of the house we had a great time

We had a very nice stay at Sol's apartment. You walk up/ down the mountain in about 15-20 minutes to get to the sea at the moment. For this, the view from the roof terrace is super beautiful! Just around the corner is a small supermarket where you can get everything you need. The communication with Sol was very easy and friendly. He came every day to see if we needed anything. I'd love to come back :)

My gf and I stayed for 4 nights. Views are awesome. We asked for kitchen but we didnt used (food arround is very cheap). We had some problems but Aina always helped us, sher is very friendly. Great location near the beach.

My stay at Diamond in Saranda was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I arrived, Lefteris, the host, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly welcoming, always available for any questions, and provided fantastic recommendations to make the most of my time in Saranda. The apartment itself is a gem! It’s impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Do yourself a favour and visit Diamond apartment.

We spent very good time in Saranda. The apartment is very well located, around there are a lot of restaurants,  bars, supermarkets and beaches. Elgert  is a very attentive host, always available and solved all our requests. The apartment is big and clean, everything is functioning very well (air conditioning,  shower, Wi-Fi), although the kitchen utensils are scarce. If you plan to use kitchen and cook at home it can be challenging. Alternatively,  as mentioned, there are plenty of places to eat at walking distance.

We had a lovely stay, felt right at home. The family is very friendly and welcoming, wants to share their way of life. We enjoyed tasting the vegetables from the garden. Even though the listing is in the back of the host's property, we were able to lead our lives as we saw fit. Plus, there's space to park the car, very convenient. We would highly recommend!!

Lovely apartment. Great sea vidw from both rooms and balcony. Close to everything but quiet Well equiped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Very recomanded!

The reservation was booked for my parents, but they were satisfied with it! Lida was an amazing host and her house was a great place to stay at. Her and her daughter were extremely responsive and they accommodated all the requests. The only small issue was that the kitchen was not 100% fully equipped with all necessities, but still it was a nice one! We totally recommend Lida and her stay :-)

The house is extremely clean and well-maintained, the host has a magnificent view in terms of a friendly location and is within walking distance of everything needed. I will come again..

Karina is the best in communication there is no waiting around for a answer. Every time I needed an information She was always there. I was there for a month. The apartment is spacious with nice windows. The internet good enough I worked online every day.The building is new and very close to the beach. I enjoyed the place and could come back! We had an amazing stay here in Sarande! Even more beautiful view that the pictures. Great hostess which helped us in any situation or need. Would recommend at most!

This flat is perfect for everybody that wants to enjoy a more relaxed part of Saranda. You’ll still find everything from good restaurants and a nice beach close by but the bit more hectic city centre is a good 20 minute walk away. This is also perfect for anybody travelling by car as there are sufficient parking spots around. The flat itself is nicely furnished and has the perfect size also for longer stays. A tiny downside is the restaurant on the other side of the street that has great food but also a very strong smell of deep fryer that you can smell when on the balcony.
