Holiday rentals with beach access in Sardinia

We really loved this place. As well as being in a great location with a gorgeous view, it felt so homely and comfortable and had a fabulous porch area. Lots of big and little things ticked our boxes and we would not hesitate to stay there again (if only we didn’t have to fly half way around the world to get there). Simone is a great host and is super responsive. The area around Pittulongu is full of great beaches and is close to Olbia and all it offers. Our first experience of Sardegna and staying here made it really memorable! Highly recommended!

I loved my stay! The view is to die for and Andrea is an exceptional host. The apartment is located in a woodsy village that overlooks the sea. The large living room window was one of my favorite things and the proximity to the beach was the other. The apartment is basic but had everything I needed. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available for my use also. As a solo female traveler I always felt completely safe. The other people in the village were very welcoming and I never had parking issues. I highly recommended this accommodation.

Ми жили на найвищому поверсі будівлі, звідки відкривався приголомшливий вид і на море, і на гори — у реальності все виглядає ще краще, ніж на фото. Щоранку зустрічали мальовничий схід сонця, а ввечері — чарівний схід місяця, який відблискував у воді. І все це — не виходячи з дому! Особливо вразило нічне небо: тиша, зорі, свіже повітря — ідеальна атмосфера для відпочинку. Будинок знаходиться на крайній вулиці, тому тут дуже спокійно. Поруч — безплатний паркінг, що теж дуже зручно. Окрема подяка нашій хостесі Cinzia — вона була надзвичайно привітною, уважною та дружелюбною. Це місце залишило найкращі враження, і ми вже мріємо повернутися сюди знову!

We loved our stay with Jessica and Allesandro. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we (couple with a baby) needed was there, including baby chair and bed). We especially loved the large outdoor area, with plenty of space to eat and relax. The beach is only 5 minutes walking distance (and several other beaches nearby) and the center is approx 10 minute by foot. Jessica is an amazing host. She provided us very good suggestions for beaches and restaurants and replied quickly to our questions. We will definitely recommend this place and will come back when we visit again.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Entfernung zum schönen Strand waren nur sechs Minuten zu Fuß. Die Betten super bequem. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ein Traum. Können Bilder nicht gerecht werden. Schöner Ort zum entspannen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La casa è molto graziosa. Molto pulita, curata ed accogliente. Fornita di tutto il necessario per una buona permanenza. Ha una vista dune spettacolare. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Gli sono grata perché mi hanno permesso di portare i miei cani nonostante la quantità notevole di gatti nel circondario 😅 Spero di tornarci presto 😍

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

M&G are great hosts. We had a lovely time at the apartment in Capo Falcone. We really felt at home, the covered area and the garden meant we permanently lived outdoors only coming back inside to shower/sleep. There are some great walks , recommend the one to the Torre Falcone (although you need to be fit to go the direct route) and the views to La Pelosa and the islands behind from the apartment and close by are breathtaking. We miss the simplicity of Stintino and Sardinia and we are already planning another 3 weeks in 2026. Thank you for being lovely hosts. Bar close by has snacks and simple meals of high quality at reasonable prices (music and views are great). Shopping in Stintino a 10 min drive away.

This place was unreal. So peaceful totally private an absolute paradise we literally had to tear ourselves away as we did not want to leave at all Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful Would definitely recommend Heaven on earth!

Patrizia fue en todo momento muy amable! Al llegar, tuvimos una demora de 6hs por parte de nuestra aerolínea y nos esperó cuando llegamos a la noche. Cada dia de por medio nos preguntaba como estábamos, si necesitábamos algo, y desde el minuto uno nos dió recomendaciones sobre que tours hacer/a que playas ir/ donde comer como un local. Desde que llegamos y hasta que nos fuimos, siempre estuvo predispuesta a todo, con una sonrisa enorme. Le pondría 10 estrellas, aunque solo puedo poner 5 en la plataforma. Gracias Paty! Vamos a volver seguro!

Franca est une personne vraiment attachante et très à l’écoute. L’appartement et le superbe balcon donnant directement sur la mer permettent d’assister à des levées du soleil spectaculaires. Les bougainvilliers en fleurs, les citronniers débordant de fruits mûrs (dès le mois de mai), le chant d’innombrables variétés d’oiseaux, la mer turquoise, la plage de sable fin, l’immense massif rocheux en arrière-plan font de cet appartement un petit bijoux. Bien que situé dans un endroit extrêmement tranquille, tout au bout d’une petite route, le site de Zinnibiri Mannu est à proximité d’excellents restaurants. Le rythme de vie des gens de cette région et leur gentillesse est peut-être ce qui est le plus remarquable et le plus agréable. Il n’est pas surprenant que le village de Tertenia recèle autant de centenaires: les Sardes savent comment apprécier la vie et prennent le temps de la vivre. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unseren beiden Jungs, 10 Monate und 5 Jahre, in Antonios Haus. Es ist simpel ausgestattet und eher klein, dafür verfügt es über einen großen privaten Außenbereich und die Treppe in die Bucht ist natürlich absolut spitze.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Nähe zum Strand ist wirklich toll. Der Strand selbst ist auch wunderschön! Enrico ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt! Es war ein toller Urlaub, den wir nicht vergessen werden.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Fabio verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war klasse. Die Lage ist genial - ruhig, direkt am Wasser, Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer. Ein sehr langer Sandstrand (mit zwei Strandbuden am jeweiligen Ende) beginnt in ca. 700 m Entfernung. Aber auch direkt am Haus gibt es kleine Badebuchten mit der Möglichkeit zu schnorcheln.

If you’re heading to Sardegna, I highly recommend Sergio’s place. It is in a great area right near the port, with a beautiful view, and access to everything by foot. Having coffee in the morning on the balcony watching everyone take their morning dip was a highlight of my stay. The restaurants recommended were delicious. The pistachio gelato downstairs was a tasty end to the night. We also enjoyed a boat excursion with the grotte. It was such a nice day hopping around to all the different beaches. Thank you for such a lovely stay! I hope to come back again!

Damiano ist ein wunderbarer, zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der immer rasch auf all unsere Fragen und Anliegen reagiert hat. Die Wohnung und die Aussicht aufs Meer waren ein Traum. In der Wohnung war alles sehr sauber, die Ausstattung perfekt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Danke Damiano, wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüsse Elisabeth

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le mari d’Eva qui parle très bien français donc plus facile pour nous le logement est tres bien placé à 2 pas de la mer une cour privée clôturée donc pour notre chien parfait tout etait tres fonctionnel et complet et merci pour toutes ces recommandations qui nous ont permis de passer un tres bon séjour.

alloggio perfettamente tenuto in zona che permette di raggiungere facilmente le spiagge più belle con brevi tragitti, a soli 2 km da Castelsardo - Maria Franca è un host gentilissima

Pro: posizione splendida, con doppio affaccio (anche se con casa di fronte) su poetto e molentargius. Completamente ristrutturata. Tutto il necessario presente anche per stare più giorni. Cons: letto un po' piccolo e materasso non comodissimo. Terzo piano senza ascensore. Prezzo alto. In generale, siamo stati benissimo. Daniela sempre disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ritorneremo.

Fantastic spot in Alghero. Luca was extremely communicative, provided clear instructions and was a great host. The accommodations are charming and very clean. Perfect stay in Alghero.

Beautiful apartment, the view from the balcony is very beautiful, in front you can see the sea and if you look to the side you can see the whole city of Alghero. Here we found everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable beds, everything is clean. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, very quick to respond, helps and recommends where to eat or which beach to visit.

Wir lieben es hier unseren Urlaub zu machen. Die Aussicht ist grandios, die Motorräder kann man direkt abstellen und die berühmte ss125 ist direkt ums Eck. Waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal in Folge hier und werden noch oft kommen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Danieles Wohnung. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist der Wahnsinn. Man sieht jeden Abend den tollen Sonnenuntergang. Die Gegend ist toll und ruhig und Castelsardo ist nicht weit, dort sind wir so gerne am abends zum Essen hingegangen. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Es war eine wunderbare Woche. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Toll ist auch, dass man auf dem Balkon Schatten und Sonne zugleich hat. Danke Daniele, für die schöne Zeit in deinem Apartment 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
