Au cœur du perche sarthois à Sceaux sur Huisne, ville d'eau à l'époque romaine, derrière l'église au clocher si particulier, se trouve le lavoir de "la ferme du prieuré". Ce petit bâtiment et son bassin alimenté par une source, font partie d'un espace très préservé et verdoyant. A cents mètre en contrebas se trouve les vestiges des thermes gallo-romains. La chambre a été installée dans un ancien lavoir datant du 15ème siècle, c'est donc une nuit "pieds dans l'eau" que l'on vous propose.
